went towards your patient, crying, and shouting. He then exclaimed, “You stole my underwear,
which was given to me by my girlfriend, the only remembrance I have from her!”
Q1. As a nurse, how are you going to respond to this case considering that you and the 2
patients are at risk for potential harm?

2. Chacha Loser was doing her rounds when suddenly she noticed a male patient talking to himself
