My sincere thanks to Mr. Dhanasumod, Editor –

in-Chief of Mangalam Pvt.Ltd for his kind co-

operation and guidance to helped me to

complete this Internship. His support truly helped

in my first bi- line. Also his kind guidance/ attitude

always amazes me. Without his help and

support, I may not be able to understand the true

concept of a News Paper.


Mangalam-The Newspaper

Mangalam group
Since its inception in 1969, Mangalam has been
successfully creating indelible impressions on the
pages of history. The driving force behind the groups
unique style of functioning its Chairman Mr. M.C.
Vargheese, a noted Philanthropist and visionary. He
entered the field of printing and publishing in his early
ages. As a dedicated Servant of the Society, he has
footprints in the sands of humanitarian services.
The flagship company of the group of Mangalam
Publications (India)Pvt.Ltd, publish Mangalam weekly in
Malayalam. Started in 1969 as a monthly journal and
Mangalam Newspaper was started in the year 1978.
And since then it never looked back with 1 million
copies of both journals and Newspaper circulated in
Kerala. It is the third largest circulation and readership
all over Kerala and other parts of the world.
JOB PROFILE

• Worked in Mangalam Daily as Trainee-

cum-Reporter in Sports Desk.

• Worked as Copy Editor-learned page

EXPERIENCE SHARED

As a Sports Reporter, the Newspaper stressed on

facts, I have learned that language is not a barrier and

since its format must be same and the layout must be

designed to attract the readers sense and sensibility


Objective:-

1. Internship to provide a wide experience and the


organizational objectives mattes the most to work
with them and more with them.

2. Organization strives towards its common goal to


share with its employees.

3. The organizational behavior towards staff to work


on particular objective particular work done.

4. Organization works on individuals capacity and in


the organization there are certain cultures which I
have learned during the training.

5. The clear aspirations to believe in organizational


objectives.
