2. About Us: M/s. Black Belt Commandos Security Systems Pvt. Ltd., started in the
year 1997 with the sole aim of achieving the total solution in the field of security as per
our client’s requirements. We are now the leading security agencies in South India. We
do our services all over KARNATAKA, AP, TAMIL NADU AND KERALA. We operate in
Bangalore, Mysore, Tumkur, Dharwad, Hospet, Bellary, Bijapur, Shimoga, Mysore,
Gulbarga, Hubli, Belgaum, Raichur, Hyderabad, Chennai and Cochin. We do have
client’s appreciation for our service, honor, discipline, well trained supervisor, guards

procedures in recruiting perfect supervisor & guards, good training, deployment and
monitoring them with improvisation.

4. M/s. Black Belt Commandos Security, probably the first ever security agency all over
India been awarded ISO 14001-2004 certificate for environment management due to
our efforts, hard work to reduce the impact of aspects effecting the environment in our
service operation by adhering all environmental related statutory and regulatory
requirements.
5 Selection: The Selection of the security personnel would be All-India with all
languages along with adequate educational qualifications & we also carry out
background checks of the personnel before recruiting and deploying.

6. Training: We have a full-fledged training infrastructure where the security personnel

are put under physical security training by army based training officers.

a) Security Training.
 b) Fire Fighting Training.
c) First Aid Training.
7.Operational Team: The operational team is headed by a retired Major from the Indian
Army who has 35 years’ experience in the security field, followed by three Area
Managers and three Training Officers all of them are Ex-Army and well experienced.
The Area Managers are further assisted by adequate Field Officers and Night Patrolling
Officers.

8. Karate Training : Recently we have introduced Karate training to our security

guards. Our Instructor visit sites and impart self defence training to the security guards.

attended immediately at our control room. We assure you the rectification of deficiency

9 .Payment terms. Payment should be made favoring M/s. Black Belt commandos
Security Systems Pvt. Ltd. within seven working days from the date of receipt of the
Invoice to enable timely payment to men and to meet the statutory contribution toward
PF/ESI and payment of all taxes.

10. Annual Increment. This is based on Karnataka Minimum Wages, time to time
published by Government of Karnataka.
