Summary of OJT Experience
The opportunity to learn and do tasks that I thought I couldn’t do is the most amazing
part of my on the job training. Not only did it make me ready to face challenges, it also made me
aware of my weaknesses and strengths. The past three months of my training made me realize
that in order to accomplish one thing, you should always give it a try no matter how hard it may
seem. The pictures below show my learnings about cable management and the organizational
chart I made using Microsoft Excel for the company’s employees.

A. New knowledge, attitudes and skills acquired:


a. Right attitude towards people, and professionalism towards work
b. Widened knowledge about Microsoft Excel
c. Applied the learnings in networking and cable management
d. Being able to delete and create new users in biometrics
e. Encoded the company’s important data
f. Learned to organize things and accomplish the tasks at the desired time

B. Theories seen in practice:


a. The employees are kind and understanding even if they are dealing with
problems, they make sure to solve it right away and still be professional.
b. The tasks given are much easier to finish when you are guided by your superior
and when you are asking for their advice.
c. Working while enjoying what you’re doing will improve the quality of your work.

C. Feedback that can be given to the company or institution:


a. The company offers a good work environment for the employees to be able to
work well. The employees are always welcoming, and they always make sure to
make a way how to improve their work.

D. Benefits gained:
a. Became aware of how things work in real world.
b. Applied the learnings from school in the tasks given.
c. Being able to think critically and efficiently.
d. Learned to develop a good attitude towards coworkers and in the workplace.

a. The problems that we encountered are just about the computer issues of the
employees that we are managing to fix.
