TECHNICAL STUDY
I. INTRODUCTION
Technical feasibility is one of the first studies that must be conducted after the
project has been identified. A large part of determining resources has something to do
with assessing technical feasibility. This study considers the technical requirements of the
proposed project. The technical requirements are then compared to the technical

PROCEDURES:
1. Prepare individual llanera (23x5cm flan molds), set aside.
4. Cover the molds with aluminum foil, arrange into the steamer (water
should be already boiling before placing the molds inside); steam for
30 mins. Set aside to cool and then refrigerate for at least two hours.
5. To serve: Run a knife along the edges of the flan molds to loosen.
Turn the molds into individual plates. The flans should come out easily
with the caramel on top.

PROCEDURES:
1. Prepare individual llanera (23x5cm flan molds), set aside.
For chocolate buttercream frosting: Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
3. Add eggs, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for about
two minutes; the batter will be thin.
4. Pour batter evenly into prepared pans. Bake in preheated oven for
30mins. Cool for 10mins. Remove from pans to wire racks. Cool
completely.
5. Frost as desired.

3. CARAMEL CAKE

Preparation time: 25 mins.

PROCEDURES:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Prepare individual llanera
(23x5cm flan molds), set aside.
2. For the cake: In a mixing bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt, and
sugar (half). Put it in the oven for 10 mins. And after that, let it cool
for 5 mins.
3. For the icing: mix all the remaining ingredients and cook it in a hot
pot until sticky, spread it to the cake.
4. GRAHAM CAKE
Makes 5 servings
Preparation time: 25 mins

PROCEDURES:
1. Peel, slice, and dice the mango into small cubes.
2. Pour the cream into a bowl and whip until you have stiff peaks. Add
the condensed milk and stir through until mixed.
3. Place a layer of the graham crackers into your dish. Spoon on some
of the cream and spread over the crackers.
4. Cover the cram with a layer of the diced mangoes. Repeat steps 4 to 6
once. Top with the last layer of crackers.
5. Cover the crackers with the cream and make as smooth as you can.
Crush up some of the crackers till you have fine cracker crumbs and
sprinkle on top of the cream.
6. Place in the fridge to chill right through and allow the crackers to
soften up and become fluffy. Once the cake has chilled, leave it
overnight. Spoon it into dishes or slice it and gently lift the slice to a
plate. Dig in and enjoy!
C. Pastas
Makes 1 serving
Preparation time: 15mins
INGREDIENTS COSTING
100g Spaghetti noodles ₱15.00

PROCEDURES:
1. In a pot over a medium heat, cook 100g of spaghetti noodles in
salted boiling water for about 5 mins. Add 1tbsp of olive oil.
Drain well.
2. In a hot frying pan, add 2 tbsp. of olive oil, stir fry 2 cloves of
garlic and 1/3 cup onion. Add 100g of ground beef and hotdog.
Cook for 2 mins.
3. Add 1/3 cup of tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste
then let it boil for 5 minutes.
4. To serve, spoon spaghetti sauce over noodles and top with
freshly grated cheese.

1. In a pot over a medium heat, cook 100g of spaghetti noodles in salted

2. In a hot frying pan, add 2 tbsp. of olive oil and stir fry 2 cloves of garlic,
onion, and cleaned 50g of shrimp and 50q squid balls. Cook for 3 mins.
3. Add ½ cup milk and gradually stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. To serve, spoon the creamy sauce over the noodles and top with celery
and grated cheese for garnish.
