Step Industries Pvt. Ltd is an industry started by Mr. Ankit Tayal, a first-generation entrepreneur
way back in 2011 it started as a Cables manufacturing industry and has very successfully
completed the journey of 07 years. A complete Cable solution providing organization was started
in Rajasthan. Step cables have been instrumental in creating a cable market in and around North
India & south India.

And continue in process to add more warehouses, which caters to all its product needs.

Our Company arrange program of training on regular basis to its employees and conducts
programmes like, Technical skills development, Personality development, Soft skills
development, Negotiation skills, Sales management, etc. to improve employee skills.

Our Company is today rated among best cables manufacturers in Value terms in North and South
India, and has plans to become a very major cable manufacturer in the country in the next two
years. It has identified that opening new markets and setting up channels in other states are the
main factors to now grow across India.

Our Group with a 07 years of experience is now taking a giant step in opening up to the available
opportunities outside its operating domain and has some very ambitious plans to grow steadily
and become a national player in the next 3-4 years by building the Brand- 'Step Cables' through
quality products and customer commitment to deliver and value.

In addition to cable manufacturing Our company Step Industries started participating in EPC ( Engineering Project
Construction) since 2014, company has been awarded contract in Feb 2016, from MP POORV KSHETRA VIDYUT
VITRAN CO LIMITED JABALPUR for supply of material, installation, testing and commissioning total cost of
project is RS 116.98.Crore Completed in March 2019.
Company also been awarded two more contract on 24-03-2017 from MP POORV KSHETRA
VIDYUT VITRAN CO LIMITED JABALPUR for supply of material, installation, testing and
commissioning the Contract Value is Rs 74.42 Crore and Rs 37.60 Crore (Total value of both the
contact is Rs 112 Crore ) completed in Sept 2019.

In addition to above we have been awarded two more contract from Assam Power
distribution company Limited ( APDCL) for Location Jorhat total value of contract is Rs 42
Crore work in progress 60% and expected to be completed by March 2020.

New contract awarded in June 2019 from Jharkhand Bijli Vidyut Nigam Limited for RS 132
Crore work in progress and to be completed by Septmeber 2020.

ABOUT THE PROMOTERS:-

The promoters of the company are

1. Mr. Ankit Tayal, a qualified Chartered accountant & Company Secretary, a first-
generation entrepreneur, using his skills to expand the business of company in government
sector.

2. Mr. Deepanshu Tayal, a first generation entrepreneur. He is indulged in handling all

manufacturing activities and in managing to follow up all the orders and ensuring the delivery is
to be on time.

3. Mr. Sunil Tayal is managing all the admin and coordination between all the company.

4. Co-Axial Cables RG – 59, RG-6, RG-11

5. CAT copper cables CAT 5e + UTP & CAT6e + Fire

6. HOFR Rubber (TRS) copper cables from size 1.5 Sq.mm to 95 Sq.mm from 1 core to 4 core

7. PVC (FRLS) insulated and overall PVC sheathed single core and multi core flexible wire from
size 0.5 Sq.mm to 500 Sq.mm
8. PVC insulated multi core copper control cables from size 0.5 Sq.mm to 6 Sq.mm , 6 core to 50
core.

9. Solid single core copper wire size 1.5 Sq.mm to 16 Sq.mm

10.Power cables aluminum and copper armoured:

A)Power cables aluminum and copper armoured from size 2.5 Sq.mm to 400 Sq.mm,
B)Copper armoured control cables from size 1.5 & 2.5 Sq.mm from 2 core to 61 cores

11. Multi core PVC insulated, Mylar tapped (ATC) braided screened cables from size 0.5 Sq.mm
to 4 Sq.mm from 2 core to 24 core ( 2.5 Sq.mm up to 6 core and 4 Sq.mm up to 4 core )

12. PVC insulated VIR wires from size 3/20 to 19/16, from 2 Sq.mm to 50 Sq.m
