E & B Consultancy was founded in 2010 to
bring innovation and fill a vacuum in the
education market in Albania, by providing
education consultancy for students willing to
pursue studies abroad. The idea was born from
the personal experience of the founder of the
company, Besart Xhaferri, who along with his
family had to go through a lot of struggles and
dilemmas when choosing the right path for him
to conduct further studies overseas.

“It started with a lot of energy and ambition from my side, because this job has always been
inspiring to me. In addition to being a business, I consider E & B Consultancy as an
investment that is being made to the human assets of our nation. As a company, we firmly
believe that all of our students will become global citizens, equal to or better than their
European peers, and evolve among the main pillars of the Albanian society. It is a long-term
investment and it will take years to bear its fruits, but it is a pleasure and a privilege to watch
over them during their growth and graduation process. I will never forget the difficulties of
finding the right school or university, because in my country there was no consulting company
at that time. This is what urged me to set up a company, which eases the way for the youth
of my country to sharpen their experience and gain specialist knowledge by pursuing further

The journey of E & B Consultancy was not unattended. Since inception, our main partners
have accompanied us in every step, by advising and supporting us to construct our service by
making it as unique and exclusive to parents and students. Day after day, E & B has worked to
attain the best partners, to offer the best solutions and orientate those students who choose
to study at universities from all over the world.

Throughout this journey, our clients have been an immense support and helped this company
grow, being noble ambassadors to their friends, who may have experienced the same
dilemmas they had before referring to us. We are thankful for their trust in us!

studies abroad! In 2018, the mother company established a new division, the European and
American Division, called “E & B Solution”. It offers career counselling as well as consultancy for
applications at universities across Europe and the US. Dedicated to deliver new projects,
E & B is committed to bring students closer to universities abroad and to further develop the
consulting market in the field of education in Albania.

Global Study is a team of dedicated educational consultants from Belgrade
(Serbia), who provide support to students on their journey as they prepare
