In accordance with Section 4.3.2 of the CSA B51-09, “if a design is registered in all provinces and territories, the
CRN stamped on the nameplate and marked on the data report may be shortened to include the designation of first
registration plus the letter “C”…”
Therefore WIKA INSTRUMENTS LTD has selected the option of stamping Canada wide approved Pressure
Devices under the designation of “0F02026.2C”. Supporting documentation’s from all Provinces and Territories are

- Should.the approval of the quality management system lapse before lhe expiry date indicated above, this
registration shall become void.
