Uganda Revenue Authority Online Payment PRN sharing Process Flow.

Process
User registers PRN providing the following:
1. Payment Type (as per current implementation)
2. Tax Head (as per current implementation)
3. Details of Tax Type (as per current implementation)
4. Taxpayer Details (as per current implementation)
5. On the section of bank details Bank details the system should do the following for
purposes of online payments:

 Payment mode: System should allow user to Selects option of Online

Payment/visa/master card
 Banker Name: The System allows user pick bank from list in master table that has
been populated with banks registered with online mode of payment.
 When the User clicks pay now the system should redirected to the respective
bank’s payment portal with the PRN in a “POST” implementation.
 The respective bank queries URA with the PRN to confirm the right details of the.
PRN
 User registers the details of the card he will use for payment.
 User enters authentication for the card.
 User completes payment.
 The bank notifies URA once the payment is credited on to the URA account.
The system should also allow the user to redirect to the respective bank payment portal once
they access the registered PRN under payment details in the taxpayers login if a TIN was provided.
