This is in response to your letter of goodwill dated February 7, 2018, which was
referred to the Office of our Schools Division Superintendent for reply, as to the granting of
Academic Excellence Awards for those exemplary students with the highest honors in all
primary levels within the third district, especially in the junior and senior high school.

In this regard, we humbly acknowledge for the aforesaid opportunity, that our
school be as one of your beneficiaries; as a way of giving recognition to the academic
successes of our students for this coming April 5 and 6, 2018, our scheduled date for Grade
10 Moving-Up Ceremony and SHS Grade 12 Graduation Exercises.
