INSULATION RESISTANCE TEST The insulation resistance shall be measured by applying 500-volt megger with all fuses in places, circuit breaker and all switches closed. The insulation resistance in mega-chms of an installation, measured shall not be less than SO mega-ohms divided by the number of points on the circuit. The insulation resistance shall be measured between EARTH TO PHASE c EARTHTO NEUTRAL PHASE TO NEURAL PHASE TO PHASE B. COMPLETION CERTIFICATES All the above tests shall be carried out in presence of Employer and the results shall be recorded In prescribed forms. Any default during the testing shall be immediately rectified and that section of the installation shall be re tested, C.
