Q. How can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation of tickets can be done either by emailing on mysupport@akbartravels.com (offline) or directly calling the airline.

For Amendment please send a mail on mysupport@akbartravels.com

If you are cancelling or rescheduling your flight within 24 hours of its departure time, kindly contact the airline directly. Please note that the booking can only be
cancelled till 12 hours before the departure of the flight as per common fare rule.

If you have cancelled your booking with the airline directly, kindly inform us by calling our Customer

Q. What are the charges to cancel my E-Ticket?

Cancellation/date change request can be accept before 24 hrs prior to departure

The date change fees are applicable before departure and are per sector, per passenger. If making an amendment to your booking, then along with the airline and ATO
fees bank charges also applicable, you will also be required to pay a difference in fare, if applicable. Please note that multiple flight sectors booked on one PNR can
only be cancelled together.
