Good day!
I am writing this letter to inform you that I will require to leave today as I will visit the City Health
and Sanitation Department Office, particularly the Animal Bite Treatment Center because I am
scheduled to have the third vaccine today. I will leave at 3:00 pm and make sure that I complete
as much work as possible before that.
You can reach me on my phone in case of any emergencies or inquiries. I am sure the team will
handle everything well in my absence.
