Congratulation! Your online application for scholarship in technical, medical and professional courses has
been successfully submitted. Your online counseling will be started from 15th May 2020. You are
requested to visit the website frequently and keep your mobile number active so that we can contact you
for further information.

Read the following points carefully:

1. Online counseling will be started from 15th May 2020 for the convenience of the students. List of
the colleges will be available on website at the same time.
2. All colleges provided by CCB are approved by Govt. of India, AICTE, UGC, MHRD- Govt. of
India/Indian Council of Pharmacy, State Government and state Govt. University and other required
Government Departments.
3. 20% seats are reserved by the college authority for SC/ST/OBC/GENERAL/MINORITY or financial
backward candidates under this scholarship scheme and these reserved seats are allotted by CCB.
4. Students will get the benefit upto 60 % scholarship (rupees 60,000 to 2.5 lakhs, depending upon
the course and its duration) in whole course fee of the college under CCB scholarship scheme.
5. Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls (fooding and lodging) are also available there in the
college campus for your convenience. Hostel fee is also discounted (Rs. 3500 to 4000 only) for CCB
students. Hostel is not compulsory for CCB students. You may live outside on your choice.
6. After selection of the college, you will have to take Allotment Letter from the website which will be
available on or after 15th May 2020. ( Allotment Letter is Absolutely FREE)
7. Once your seat is allotted by CCB, you will get the benefit of 40-60% scholarship in college fee
every year. You do not need to apply for this scholarship every year.
 8. After admission in college, if you are also eligible for your state scholarship, you will also get the
scholarship (approx Rs. 30000-70, 00,000/- per year depending upon your state government scheme
and course fee) from the welfare department of your state. By this way your course will be absolutely
free. College will assist you to apply for this scholarship after admission (CCB is no way connected
with the state scholarship department).
9. Students will be provided detail information of this CCB scholarship scheme at the time of
admission.
10. Many students have been benefitted by this scheme. Numbers of students from your state are
already studying under scholarship scheme in CCB associated colleges all over India.
11.Fee structure is upto 60% less than the original fee of the college depending upon the course and
its duration.
12.All colleges are selected by CCB on the basis of their placements record, location, infra structure,
quality education, facilities, faculties, Govt. affiliations & approval and grading.
13. CCB does not charge any extra fee from the students for this service from the students in any
form directly or indirectly except counselling fee: Rs. 300/- (Counselling Fee:- Rs. 300/- non
refundable)
14. CCB does not appoint any agent or consultant for this. So please do not get trap into any one’s
false commitments.
15. Students must take advantage of this scheme and make their career.

Steps of Scholarship Process (online)

1. Apply Online and take printout of Application receipt.

2. Take printout of Counselling Letter with colleges list on 'or' after 15th May 2020.
3. Select your choice college from the CCB colleges list within 5 days after printout of counselling
letter/college list. (Colleges list will be provided only at the time of counselling)
4. Take printout of Allotment Letter of your choice college absolutely FREE from website on 'or' after
20th May 2020 and talk to your college director (contact number is given in the Allotment Letter).
5. Report to your allotted college and do admission process within 5 days of allotment.
6. Inform your admission to CCB scholarship department by calling/whatsup/SMS on mobile number-
6202601616. You must save this number for any further assistance.
