INTRODUCTION

Coffee and Frappe, they have the power to divide a crowd, create schisms, break up or

get back a happy relationship. Opinions about Coffee and Frappe vary far and wide. From

worshiping the black beverage to despising it with a burning passion, there are as many takes on

Coffee and Frappe as there are flavours and variation of the drink itself.

What time is coffee time? Do Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, Students all take coffee or

frappe at the same time of the day? Can they pick somewhere near their offices or should it be

close to their place or on neutral ground in between?

People nowadays have different activities every day. As they face their everyday life,

sometimes, they need time to chill or to refresh physically, mentally and emotionally. They need

something that may help them to forget all those stressful activities for the mean time. In this

Shop, people can stay as long as they want to. Here, they can conduct small meetings or friends

get together while sipping coffee, or simply order frappe and read their favourite books. Nurses

and Doctors can buy coffee whenever they feel dizzy in their shift, also those Teachers who

didn’t have much sleep because of doing their lesson plans the other night. College Students

whose sleepless doing their Thesis and Feasibility Study can also buy Frappe to free their mind

and regain energy.

Therefore, we are proposing for a coffee and frappe shop and other specialty product that

we can serve people as their stress reliever. The Shop will be named as KAHIT SAAN (Coffee

and Frappe Shop) so that everyone who seeks where to go and tell their companion “Kahit Saan”

will actually have somewhere to go.

CONCLUSION

The result indicated that it is ideal for the society and coffee shops to adopt and

implement 24 hours services. This is to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency within

the production and distribution systems. This will enhance quality services thus saving

time and energy of consumers as they seek to address demands and preferences in

relation to consumption of coffee or Frappe. Coffee is also vital for many reasons. The

numbers of youth are more influenced with the coffee shop. Facilities and services plays

major role to attract loyal customers. This explains the response majority on the need to

adopt and implement coffee shops away from the buildings within the area. Erection of

coffee shops away from the buildings within the area will enhance the opportunity for

students to enjoy services form the shops on a 24/7 basis. This relates to the essence of

quality area, plenty of space and other products, and quiet environment to facilitate social

needs such as meetings and bonding activities. People would like to spend few minutes to

an hour in the coffee shop. Some of them will also do other things like relaxing, resting,

chatting and browsing while drinking coffee or frappe.
