1.0 Proposed Project Title: Check-up Online Reservation System for Chinese General
Hospital.

2.0 Area of Investigation (Software Development and Mobile Application // Service

Management and Business Analytics)

In Chinese General Hospital most of the clinic room do a manual reservation for check-up
or consult. The patients need to list their name in the paper early in the morning, some will
leave and return for their turn but some will wait for a couple of hours outside their clinic.
By providing a automated reservation, it will be beneficial for both the clinic owner and
the patients.

2.0 Reason for Choice of Study:

To make the consultation or check-up of clinics in Chinese General Hospital less time-
consuming and hassle-free.

3.0 Importance / Significance of the Study:

I strongly believe that this system will be beneficial to both the clinic owner and their

patients. The clinic owner will know who will be his/her patients aswell as their

purpose, and a less time-consuming consultation for the patients.

4.0 Target Beneficiaries:

The patients of the clinic in Chinese General Hospital.
