Education: Completion of two (2) years studies in College.

Experience: None Required.
Training: None Required.
Eligibility: None Required.
Relevant to the Position:
BS Computer Science is an advanatage.
Experience in NTP TB DOTS with ITIS (Integrated Tuberculosis Information System).
Training in DTRACK and performs electronic Procurement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and analyze quarterly hospital program reports and office order.
2. Prepare Project Procurement Management Plan
3. Oversee timely submission of reports on the monthly activities of the technical consultants.
4. Conduct training of health workers within the institute.
5. Obtaining information, documenting or recording information, interacting with computers, analyzing data,
processing information, communicating with supervisors and co-workers and organizing work
assignments.

b. Properly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS Revision 2017);
c. Photocopy of valid NBI Clearance;
d. Photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR)
e. Photocopy of Diploma
e. Photocopy of PRC License, PRC Board Rating and PRC Certificate;
– Front and Back; (at least 3 Months prior to expiration of PRC ID);
g. Signed IPCR Rating for rehiring (if previous contract within the Institute).
