NARRATIVE REPORT
Grade 7-Circumspect

WHAT: 3rd PTA MEETING/ 2nd Quarter Card Giving


WHEN: November 8, 2019
WHERE: Rm. 5 7-Circumspect

I. The Third Homeroom Parents and Teachers Association and 2nd Quarter Card
Giving started at 2PM after the Recognition Program at the Municipal Covered
Court. The following agenda were discussed during the meeting:
1. Students with incomplete requirements
2. Students’ Behavior
 Tardiness
 Habitual Absences
 Academic Performance
3. SOLIDARITY DAY & TEAM BUILDING
4. Other Matters
A. The first two agenda of the meeting were discussed by Julie Ann Barrios, the adviser
for 7-Circumspect. The following points were discussed:
 Reiteration of submitting pertinent documents (PSA/NSO, SF10, Cert. of Good Moral
Character)
 The adviser reminded parents to have an eye on their child’s behavior and grades. The
teacher also informed parents of the remedial classes conducted by teachers for
students with failing grades
B. SOLIDARITY DAY & TEAM BUILDING

 This was discussed by the HPTA President.


 The president cleared that the activity is not compulsory. Parents
were informed of the activities prepared for the students.
 There were no violent reactions regarding the proposed activity.
