Consulted Ministry of Planning and Ministry of Finance of Kuwait under the nationally executed UNDP
project "Strengthening the National Planning System". Developed economic, financial and statistical
models, reporting formats, documentation, and guidelines for public / private projects' appraisal /
evaluation. Developed and conducted training seminars for professional staff in conducting research,
project evaluation, feasibility studies, and investment decisions. Designed a new UNDP project to reform
