Dear Dean Tanchoco,

Greetings!

The working hours of the Medicine Library at the LRC Building is from 0800H-1800H on weekdays
and 0800H – 1200H on Saturdays. Every academic year, the Medicine Student council has been
receiving requests from the student body for the extension of library hours, and we would like to
express our heartfelt gratitude for the extension of library hours given for the major examinations
last semester.

The extension of library hours during examination period last semester has greatly helped the
students in their review sessions especially those who prefer to study in a peaceful environment.
Your approval has made it possible for the students to have an available study place that is very
conducive for learning.

In light with this, we would like to ask again for your permission to extend the library hours from
0800H - 2100H on the following dates:

• January 20-24, 27-30

• February 17-21. 24-27
• March 2-6, 9-12
• April 6-7, 13-17, 20-24, 27-29
• May 4-8, 11-15, 18-22, 25-28
• June 1-4
