To whom it may concern,

My name is Bianca Smith-e-Incas-Allen; my social security # 268-62-1887

Apparently the Office of the Comptroller sent an offset request to the Department Of The Treasury for
$2958.42 (which was apparently my indebtedness to the state for taxes assessed when your audit would
not accept the 181 pages of my valid justification of self employment for one or more previous tax
years)

I have been garnered $2958.42 which was the amount owing when you sent the request. This has been
complied with as of February 22, 2019 ;though it has not yet been updated to your system. I have
attached a screenshot from the Department Of The Treasury to verify this

It has recently been brought to my attention as of this day that the bill had been increased to $3004 due
to interest etc. being added.

I have been instructed by someone from your office to tender a written request to waive this most
recent addition of interest, penalties, and fees, and any more that may be added before the payment of
$2958.42 posts to your system.
