 The report has been prepared in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare with technical assistance from the World Bank.
 NITI Aayog's Education Index: Kerala tops among large states, UP scores last
 Among the small States, Manipur emerged as the top performer while Arunachal
Pradesh came last in the category.
