I will try to speak with my boss first, then if it doesn't help I will call Camp America

First I will meet my friends and my dear family to tell them about my exciting
summer and show them my photos, then I will get ready for my classes.

No, I am single. No, I don’t have children. I have a boyfriend.

No, I am studying in another city, so I live without my parents.
Have you got brothers or sisters? Are they participating in any exchange
programs?
Yes, I have an older sister, she isn’t participating in any of the exchange programs,
but she is studying in Germany now.
Have you ever been abroad? Where & when? Do you like traveling?
Yes, I like travelling so much. I was in Serbia last summer. It was my first trip abroad
and it was so great. I was a participant of the Global Citizen program, and I worked
as an English teacher in a high school.
What is your favorite country? Why?
Actually I don’t have a favorite country, but there are a lot of countries that I want to
visit. For example, USA – it was my childhood dream. Also Germany, France, Italy,
Spain, Japan, China and many others. Each of these countries is special and very-very
beautiful.

I don't have any friends or relatives in US. Just my sister in Germany.
What do your parents think about your participation in the program?
They are proud of me, but are a little worried too.

My parents and my sister.

I don’t know. They’ve never told me.

My mother is an accountant and father is a military man.

Yes, part time I am working at the science centre at the University.

It is a part-time employment.

Can you describe yourself? How can you characterize yourself?
Yes, of course. I’m very active, positive, friendly girl. Moreover, I am hard-working,
reliable, responsible person. I like to help other people, to learn and discover smth
new, to develop myself in general .
Can you describe your hometown?
Terebovlya is my hometown. It is small, but very ancient and beautiful town. We have
a big history since 1097, so you can visit our castle and a lot of different ancient
buildings, streets. Also there is a great nature. We have local forest, river, three parks,
square. And my favorite part of Terebovlya is its unbelievable night sky with many
stars.
Are you a student? Can you say that you are an excellent student?
Yes, I am student. Of course, because I am hard-working and responsible person –
and it really works, I have great results.

I'm a full-time student.

I study at the Ternopil National Economic University.

I am studying Finance.

Finance.
Why have you chosen this major/department/faculty/university?
Because I like economic since my high school years. It is so interesting to discover
different economic processes, supply-demand, inflation etc.
Ternopil National Economic University is a really good choice, because we have a lot
of great teachers, resources in general to study. And, this university is quiet near my
hometown, so I can visit my parents every week.

Second year.
How many years do you have to go?
Four years is my bachelor program. So, two years more.
When are you going to graduate?
In 2018.
Will you have problems at university if you come back late?
Yes, I will, that's why I am going to be back home by September 10.
Will you have any problems if you leave early?
No, I have already arranged to pass all my exams and credits in advance.
What are you going to do after graduation?
After graduation in Ukraine I want to go abroad for master year, in Germany for
example, and I hope that the experience I will get in US will help me with it.
What are your plans for the future?
I want to create my own business, have family and travel a lot.

I know it well enough to survive, but I hope to improve it in the States.

How much money did you make last summer? What did you do?
Last summer I was a volunteer in Serbia as English teacher in high school, so I didn’t
make money.
How did you travel here? Was it a tiresome journey?
Actually, no. I like travelling, so it was a good, interesting trip, and one more
possibility to see Kyiv.
Did you have to wait for a long time?
No, it is okay.
What's your favorite dish? How is it cooked?
My favorite dish is mushroom soup. It is easy to cook it. You just need good
mushrooms, sour cream, some potatoes, carrot, different seasonings and of course,
water.
What are your hobbies?
I like to dance, mostly juzz-fank and hip-hop. Every Wednesday, after my classes, I
visit dance studio.
Also I’m writing poems, and a part time in my life I was an actress in local theatre.
But now, my biggest hobby is cars. I have driver’s license, category B, and I am so
excited about driving.

Yes. I am friendly and sociable person.

Do you want to stay in US after the Program is over?


No, I have many reasons come back to Ukraine. For example, to finish my studying.
Also, all my family, friends and boyfriend are here in Ukraine. And I want to travel to
other countries.
Would you like to live in US?
No, because all my family, friends, boyfriend are here in Ukraine and living close to
them is really important for me.
Would you like to leave Ukraine?
No. Just for travelling. I want to live in Ukraine.

I’m participant of the Camp America programme.

My employer is Camp Yavneh, that located in New Hampshire State. Nearest town is
Northwood. It is a Jewish summer camp. Camp director name is Debbi Sussman.
What will be your duties?
Kitchen work. Cleaning tables, washing dishes, preparing food etc.

Yes. Part time I was working at PUB “Hmilne shchastya” as a waitress in Ternopil.

Actually, yes. The biggest part of my life I lived in my hometown, Terebovlya. Then,
when I entered the University, I moved to Ternopil. And last summer I live in
Kragujevac, Serbia more than month.

I like to read, and I try to find time for it. Now it is like 50 books.

Usually, I have few free hours for watching movies, reading a book, spending time
with my friends and smth like that, and after this I preparing my homework.
