APROVED PLANT) from June 2013 to MAY 2019

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receipt of Raw & Packaging Material
 Preparation of SOP's related to Receipt and Storage of Raw &
Packaging Materials.
 Preparation of GRN in SAP and PAS|X –MES
 Coordinating with PPIC (Production Planning Inventory Control) / SCM
(Supply Chain Management) department to ensure in time delivery.
 Tracking of retest and expired materials in SAP and PAS|X.
 Fulfill statutory requirement
Dispensing
 Preparation of Procedures related to Dispensing activities.
 Issuance of materials.
 Coordinating with production people for planning of batch dispensing
 Preparing Picklist in PAS|X as per FIFO and FEFO basis.
 Verification of Documentation log in PAS|X.
 Dispensing of Raw & Packaging materials as per cGMP.
 Calibration of Weighing Balances through PAS|X.
 Verification of Inventory in SAP, PAS|X and ASRS

Storage of Raw Materials

 Storage of Materials according to approved storage conditions.
 Preparation of SOP's for the Storage and Retrieval of Materials.
 Storage of Materials in PAS|X and maintaining the inventory
accordingly.
 Scanning of Materials through Barcode scanner and auto updation of
locations in the PAS|X system.
 Storage of Materials through ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval
System)
Additional Responsibilities
 Participation in the Regulatory audits like USFDA
 Handling of Damaged or Rejected materials in PAS|X.
 Carrying periodical physical stock verification, posting
Excess/shortage in case any differences in SAP and PAS|X
 Played an important role (Qualification of system, Interface Testing,
SOP Preparation, Training the team etc.) in Integration of ASRS with
SAP and PAS|X, first of its kind in Dr Reddy’s Laboratories.
Qualification of the Area in Warehouse.
