Q: How does Anand Shala Team, help you and your children in the educating? How does Ms. Pushpa
help you?
Ans:- She feed the children, teach them to play, to read ,help them in maintaining clean hygiene.

Q: At What time she usually come by to school? What is her schedule?

Ans: She reach by 9 AM to school, 1st organise prayer with students, then teach, then playing with
the children, she helps the children to learn about clean sanitation. She also reaches the guardians of
the children and ask them to send their children to school.

Q: Do you think this helps in any way?

Ans: It must be in some way.

Q: From Morning after prayer what she did?

Ans:-She did prayer with children then play with them then teaches them.

She also visits the family of the children who suffers from less attendance and asks them to send
their child to school regularly.

Q: Oh Does this Helps?

Ans: Yes!

Q: Do she meet you personally in your home?

Ans:- Yes, Many times

Q; Do you talk with her? What Do you ask her?

Ans: Yes I meet and ask what do you do to children like playing, teaching. They ask to send school.

Q:Do you think this helps?

Ans: Yes! My Son comes and say “I want to go to Didi’s school. Will bath, wash clothes and will go to
didi’s school otherwise she might scolds for dirtiness.

Q: From how much time this Pushpa Yadab is coming to school?

Ans: About 7-8 Months.

Q: Can you understand any difference in respect of your children and if yes, what are those?
Ans: The student who didn’t come to school now say they want to go to school otherwise their name
will be cut from register. They are Learning something. They are better then before.

Q: Doe the child feel like coming to school?

Ans: Yes they want to come now.

Q: What about the new student that comes

Q: What happens in prayer? Is it all games related?

Ans: Yes! Prayer happens. Games are played.

Q: After tiffin anything happens?

Ans: Yes! After tiffin there are classes
Q: What do you feel the students are liking to come to school now?
Ans: Yes. If any student doesn’t comes she invite them by going there home.

Q: Do you think any change has happened with your child?

Ans:- They are learning songs, studing etc.

Q: Do you think this Pushpa should do something anything good?

Ans: They should help to learn better.

Q: Do you want you child to have something that might motivate in studies?
Ans: Toys for playing can be given. She should get learning material.

Q: How can this task be done better by pushpa? Do you recommend something?
Ans: Students should come daily to school. If any student doesn’t comes she invite them by going
there home. They send their child daily to school.

Q: Do you know about Anand Shala Programme?

Ans: After Didi we came to know about this program. A Board meeting was taken place in the village
Didi was there .No one get up from here. So didi came here and teach. Now we know.

Q: Did any meeting happened in your children?

Ans: Yes.

Q: Are your children is in the Bal Sansad (Children’s Mock Party)? If yes then in What ministry?
Ans: Yes (She is Blank)

Q; Is she is getting any confidence in speaking?

Ans: Yes

Ans: Same

Q: Opinion about Pushpa Didi? What behaviourial changes you see in your children?
Ans: Good she comes daily to school, teaches and play. Our children say “this think we learn today
which on the next day We have to go and say properly so will go and speak” .

Q: How does she contacted? Does she does meeting?

Ans: Yes by visiting every homes.

Q: How many tolas are here? How Pushpa contact you?

Ans: We are one tola from there to here. There is one in uppar Barwaritola. And Pushpa Didi visited
my house 2-4 times.

Q” Do you get any messages in mobile about Anand Shala?

Ans: No. not given mobile no. So not received message.

Q: How does your children feel when participating in Prayer (where information about village is
read), Playing and at Antim Ghanti? Does you student Participate?
Ans: Feel Good. Yes they participate.

Q: Do you think some activity must happen to boost the school?

Ans: Yes.
Q: What does it happens there?
Ans: 9 AM school begins with prayer then classes and teaching were done. 10 AM some tiffin is
served, then about 1 PM Lunch is given.

Q: Same Routine Daily?

Ans: Yes, Same Routine daily.

Q: Do you think any good is happening to the children?

Ans: Yes, they are getting good food, Learning about good Hygiene. They are also learning and
Playing.
