What makes a healthy body ?

Keeping lean is a goal of good health. People choose to do diet to keep their
body lean. When we do diet we have to look up into the food portion of diet’s menu
calories, how much portion that we need, eat low energy and watery food. Eating
too much sugary food is not good for our bodies. The food determines how healthy
our body are.
Eating low energy is the main point of density foods. It works equally well
for weight loss and weight maintenance. The composition of foods affect energy
density. we eat something we have to pay attention at energy density of food when
we want to eat it. Cutting off the portion or decreasing food portion will not
determine our diet will be doing succes. Because to much or a little calories is not
good so he have to pay attention in the energy density of food. The composition of

People think that if we cutting portion sizes of food and doing diet will not
get fat, but honestly the problem is not about the portion size of diet but the
calories. Not only focus on the big or small portion of food we can count the
calories so we can get the match calories. How much calories intake to our body is
depends how we can control our hunger. If we can handle how much food calories
that we consumed it can keep our body weight.
And most of them dont like watery food .The foods that contains a higher
water content means that it contains more volume for fewer calories. Consming
watery food also help you keep hydrated. When your body hydrated you will not get
dehydration and your body keep lean. Also skin problem, low blood preasure and
organ failure will stay away from you.
You must stop eating lots of sugar. If you always consume too much sugary
food, diabetes and many disease are coming to your way and give bad impact to
your body. Fill your refrigerator with healthy and less sugary food. Add food that
contains protein-rich to replace your sugary food in your refrigerator.
The composition of food determines how healthy our bodies are. There are
many things that must be considered while consuming foods, they are eating low
energy density foods, paying attention at how huch portion of food we eat,
consuming watery food, and avoiding to consume lots of sugary foods. If we can
control and handle what we consume, our bodies will feel healthier
