BREIF INTRODUCTION
Understand the background of art of animation and research activities related to it.India in the
recent few years has become a major destination for outsourcing animation and VFX projects.
ANIMATION - is the process of creating continuous motion and shape change illusion by means
of rapid display of a sequence of static images that minimally differ from each other.
The goal of the project is to introduce multiple activities and functions into the centre providing a
unique sensory experience, bring people of creative profession of gaming and animation together.
To create a space that allows interaction between people and spread their ideas - an interactive
zone.

AIM AND OBJECTIVE


To create a space that allows interaction between people and spread their ideas - an interactive
zone that will serve as an epicenter of research and development as well as production of
animation and gaming related technology. And to understand the background of art of animation
and research activities related to it.
The centre would consist of several categories consisting of the administrative block, recreational
block, commercial block, academic block, theatre, food court, library , amphitheater, exhibition
space, game design, animation design, product design, game development firm, sculpture court
etc.
The purpose of the project is
 To bring together diverse and ideas in their environment
 To build spaces which promote social exchange to create potential for learning,
experimenting etc.
 To introduce multiple activities and functions where all has different character and issues
 To provide a workspace that is lively and active which adds on to the productivity.
 To create an environment that creates a common interactive platform between visitors and
the employees
 To give some provision to have a tour through the internal spaces, the art galleries, special
rooms to the interested people like the clients, media, budding students and especially
kids, who always to know about the magical process of creation and of their dream
characters would be good idea for artists working inside to see some new faces and also
for publicity purpose increasing the popularity of the studio
 To understand the interior quality of space

And through the interaction education, participation and performance people as a result will start
interacting at community scale as well as human scale.

METHODOLOGY
To study in detail the special functions involved in Animation and Game studio designing and
analyse the various functions given in requirements through appropriate means of Literature
study, Case study and online research. This study shall be done in reference with the major and
minor objectives so as to achieve an integrated design at the end.
To be able to reach a viable architectural design solution, each idea conceived must grow into a
concept which analyses and understands the functional and technical aspects of the project.
Although different components of the project are found commonly, but the project as an
amalgamation of a gaming and animation park with the entertainment area is exclusive and new.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT


 No famous institutions are developed in this stream in Hyderabad.
 Understanding the articulation of spaces
 To design the gaming city creatively using the aesthetic values and design principles of
architecture and creative functioning spaces for animation and gaming zones
 Create a hub of cultural activity and creative learning

SITE DETAILS

30 acres – a proposed project in the Raidurgam district near Hyderabad

The government has introduced a special policy that is dedicated to encouraging the gaming and
companies in the city. With the rapid growth of the Indian animation and game industry, the
government of AP plans to boost this industry. The ultimate objective is to make Hyderabad the
“Animation capital of the world.”
