OUR LIFE IS SO BEAUTIFUL IN HOW WE KNOW TO BUILD IT!

Our company was founded in 1998, while traveling the world, I recived a gift from
friends of soul an idea and $ 5,000 loan for 5 years. Because I attempt a personal
business four times, at the age of 24, with my husband a wonderful man, and a little boy
of only 4 years, we had minimal knowledge of business. Thus was born Graphtec
Design witch is now a company with 120 professionals and more than 36,000 types of
products that make your business more sustainable identity and visibility through
properly positioned in the market!

Business are with and love people and this is my way to build my team.
I decided to invest in the quality of relationships as a responsible man, I like to build
relationships and a long-term partnerships with discernment and future big plans. I know
that the welfare of our business depends on prosperity and safety of the families from
our company and this gives me power and fear. A constructive fear, however, because it
forces me to look daily for solutions for the smooth running of things. A goal of mine it
is that every Graphtec Design's employee to be able to have a good life, to be able to
offer more to their little children and to have a carefree life. So I think the quality life in
a family, so I see it as a woman, as a mother, as an entrepreneur in Romania. I care about
the relationship with colleagues, with my partners that tell me many of their problems
and I do my best to support them such that they can be committed with all their minds
dedicated to the company 's tasks, and to serve together with interest and dedication
100% our future plan for a better life. In our portofolio we have best results but also
ordeals. Entrepreneurship is a path paved with satisfactions, but behind every success
there are fears of common man, losses, surrenders, health falters. There are a few
moments that I want to share with you, because there are those moments in witch, at the
time, I did not know if I'll be out and if I know how to go foreward. Although I had
mentors and support from everyone, I did not understand in the begining how to run a
successful company, so I applied an intuitive management that was not related to the
term of risk management, neither with any information that the lack of "cash" can cause
you bankruptcy, so the first 11 months of activity we had a billion and a half as payment
to suppliers and only 250 millions receivable from customers, witch indicates a slide
sure to default and the end of the fifth business attempts of my life. Just feeling " that
you know that you can" can save you, not necessarily that you have any idea how to fix
that situation, I felt simply that this is not the end.
But like all businesses in this world that are beetwen people, we asked all customers to
help us with advance orders witch were already ongoing and we asked suppliers to
support us for a period of three months until we have to go back through the
accumulation of receipts. It was the moment when I understood that when tear down a
wall near you, you should not be scared, but look up where last stone rolls, without any
involvement in that negative and huge energy witch blocks your mind with the obsessive
question "why is happening to me ?!"
So I can accept the challenge I had to change perspective approach and instead of
wondering "why is happening to me ?!" I said to my self "but why not me?!"

problem for her !
Even if I lead a big company for 18 years and I am part of the life story of hundreds of
people, there are few times when it's hard for me. I recognize my weaknesses and I
exceed my limits daily. Yet when I am tired or others insist to convince me that you can
not get success in this country counteract this overhelming feeling with my inner wish
geared towards a big dream for a good and quality life in our country, where you feel
every day happiness that you exist and so, you serene smile looking at the love that you
receive as a gift from your peers!
