Important Instructions
1. Admit Card: Bring a colour printout of this Admit card to the examination centre.
2. Identity Verification: This admit card must be presented for verification along with one of the following ORIGINAL photo IDs:
(i) Hall ticket / admit card of the FINAL EXAMINATION with photo or
(ii) College / Institute identity card or
(iii) Certificate from the Principal / Head of the Department (As given in Appendix A of CEED information brochure) or
(iv) Any Government issued Photo ID proof
3. Reporting Time: Report to the examination centre at 08:00 Hours for identity verification and biometric identity capture.
4. Hall Entry / Exit: Examination will commence at 10:00 Hours IST. You will NOT be allowed to enter the examination center after commencement of the
examination. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the end of the examination, except for medical emergencies.
5. Scribble Pad for rough work will be provided. Exchange of this is NOT allowed. Hand over the scribble pad to the Invigilator after the Part A of the
examination gets over.
6. Drawing Materials: Candidates must bring their own pencils, sketch pens, poster colors and other drawing materials for the examination. Also bring a
writing board of A4 size. Exchanging and borrowing of these materials will NOT be permitted.
7. Items NOT Permitted: Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, calculators etc. are NOT allowed in the examination hall. Pencils/ Pens are allowed.
8. Unfair Means: Violation of any rules and regulation or use of any unfair means at any stage of the examination will lead to the disqualification of the
Candidate.
