Unfortunately the shaman Efigenia
died in 2016, and I cannot give you
more answers or more information
that I have collected here in this
eBook. She is the only one who knew
about how to use rue as a
contraceptive and had all the answers. She is the one who passed that
knowledge on to me, she is the shaman, and I am only the messenger of her
knowledge!
Please make sure to read all the chapters of this book, because as I
mentioned in the video, the rue method has no effect, if you previously had
a hormonal treatment! In chapter 6, you will find the instructions from
Efigenia Barrientos, on how to detox from the chemical toxins after taking
the contraceptive pill and how to balance out your hormone system

 02. Step-by-step guidance

1. Get yourself 2-3 whole

plants of the rue. I
recommend getting 2-3
to not «tear off» all the
leaves quickly form one
plant and leave it
“naked ”because you
will need many leaves
every day! You can
order the plants of the
rue by this online link.

2. Pick 5 leaves (not the

yellow petals!).
 3. Leave the 5 leaves soaked
in water (approximately
100 ml) overnight, the
temperature of the water
should be approximately
29°/30. Leave decoction to
cool off.

4. Next morning you filter and

drink the decoction on an
empty stomach. Try always to
drink this decoction at the
same time, at least
approximately.

You should drink the rue’s

decoction during your whole
monthly cycle, EXCLUDING
the days, when you have your
period. Therefore if your cycle lasts 29 days, and menstruation lasts 3
days, then you take the decoction for 26 days, and you have a break
for 3 days!

Many women have shorter or longer cycles with different duration of

menstruation.
Thus you make a break during the menstruation period and again take the
decoction when the period ends.
 03. How much time do you have to take the rue
decoction so that it starts to have a contraceptive
effect?

This part is very important and is not always accurately understood:

According to the shaman Efigenia, the rue needs 12 months until it begins
to have a contraceptive effect. This means that you should drink the rue’s
decoction during 12 months as described above, FOR it to have an effect.
And of course, you continue to drink the rue’s decoction as a contraceptive
as long as you wish it to have a contraceptive effect! During the first twelve
months, the rue won’t have a contraceptive effect; therefore, you will have
to protect yourself additionally for example, with a condom if you are
sexually active. And I have seen women NOT take this part seriously and
then get pregnant!
ALSO: if you have taken chemical birth controls like the pill. The rue won’t
have a contraceptive effect until you have cleansed your body and regained
hormonal health!
