Winter demands heighten awareness and driving skills; snow, ice, wind,
and the cold test each driver’s professionalism. Driving in bad weather,
especially in snow and on ice is risky due to more time being required to
stop, poor visibility, poor traction and the increased unpredictability of
other drivers on the road.
