This communication letter seeks to relay the details from the minutes of the meeting held by the
College of Law Student Council (CLSC) last September 2, 2019.

We, the CLSC, tackled about the upcoming Testimonial Dinner for the 2018 BAR Exam Passers.
The following are the details we have decided on:
a. Date: September 20, 2019
b. Venue:
c. Dress Code: Oscar’s Attire (Free Style of design choice)
d. Motif: Royal Purple (Only for the Venue Design and Decorations)
e. Contribution: 500 php for each student

The venue was left undecided due to some considerations sought to be confirmed in order to
ensure the security, safety and enjoyment of everyone during the celebration of the said event.
The moment we have settled it, we will immediately relay the details to your good office.

We will also be distributing solicitation and sponsorship letters to some chosen individuals and
companies to ask for additional finances to cover excess expenses and unexpected costs. Rest
assured that everything will be liquidated and each sponsor shall be duly recognized. A report of
such will be given to your office for record.

Upon your approval and concurrence, we shall draft the resolution to communicate the details to
all the law students, faculty and the BAR passers for their information and guidance.
