PART 3:

 Which one do you think is more important: individual development or teams' goals?
REASON: Individual development is the PARAMOUNT CONSIDERATION on a team, because when every member of the team matures and improves,
team’s goals are easily AT REACH.
EXAMPLE: For example, in my Journalism team, if we all improve our photography and writing skills, the OBJECTIVE if our department will be easily
attained because we can PROMOTE the activities better by publishing ARTICLES and PICTURES in our school newspaper.
CONSEQUENCE: If the members of the team do not develop individually, our articles will be INACCURATE, thus, our department will CEASE
OPERATIONS.
RECOMMENDATION: So, every member must ENHANCE their own CAPABILITIES.

 Do you think it is a good thing to have disagreements within a team?

Absolutely, giving objections is beneficial to a group.
In the modern society, decisions always need contrary opinions. Without disagreement, the group member may lack serious considerations that may lead to
DISASTROUS and DANGEROUS decisions.
What I mean is that if there are DISSENTING OPINIONS, the members can see the GOOD AND BAD POINTS of their decisions, so they can RATIONALLY
make conclusions which will ELIMINATE failure.
So, members should have different ideas rather than following the team CONSENSUS.

 Do you think it is good for kids to join a team?

In my POSITION, I believe kids joining teams have great impact on them.
TO BEGIN WITH, they can FORTIFY their SOCIALIZATION SKILLS. If students just stay alone in the house without other kids as their playmates, they may
become SOCIAL LONERS and it is not beneficial to their PSYCHOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT.
In addition, they can also learn TEAMWORK and COOPERATION. What I mean is that if they are exposed to GROUP ACTIVITIES, they can
COLLABORATE with their teammates and contribute to the team activity.
NOT ONLY THAT, they can also WIDEN their knowledge by BRAINSTORMING with their teammates, thus, it will be beneficial to their future studies and
career.
Therefore, it is a necessary thing.

PART 1: SCENERIES

1. Is there a good scenery in your hometown?

[RESPONSE:] In my perspective, there are several picturesque views in my area including the lotus garden.
[EXTENSION:] The lotus garden contains many kinds of lotus flowers there which really becomes the APPLE OF THE EYE of many tourists in my city.
[EXTENSION:] DURING SUMMER BREAKS, I always invite my friends to take a picture of this breath-taking view.

2. When you travel, do you like to live in hotels with scenic views?
[RESPONSE:] To be honest, the hotels with fascinating PANORAMA definitely appeals to me when I am on a trip.
[EXTENSION:] It is for the reason that the view gives me a VIVACIOUS SPIRIT.
[EXTENSION:] Though it costs me an arm and a leg, I think it is WORTH THE CATCH.

3. Do you like to take pictures of good scenery with your smart phone? Why?
[RESPONSE:] ABSOLUTELY, I’m crazy about (FANCY OVER) capturing photographs OF breathtaking views by electronic devices.
[EXTENSION:] There is no doubt that they are ingenious and convenient, which enables me to edit and post the well-designed pictures in Social Media
platforms.
[EXTENSION:] Compared with the digital camera, it is HANDIER and more PORTABLE, yet produces EXCELLENT QUALITY photos.

Part 1 NUMBERS

1. What's your favorite number?

[RESPONSE:] As for me, the number 9 HAS A SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART because it is related to my birth date.
[EXTENSION:] In addition, I always like to choose number with 9 for my telephone and WeChat number because it is easier to RECALL and MEMORIZE.
[EXTENSION:] This number represents LONGEVITY, so I admire a lot.

2. Are you good at remembering phone numbers?

[RESPONSE:] To be honest, RECALLING numbers is just a PIECE OF CAKE to me.

[EXTENSION:] For instance, in my childhood, my parents TRAINED me to do so, and as a result, I have MENTALLY STORED my close friends’ telephone
numbers so I can easily ask for help from them, especially in emergency cases.

3. Do you usually use numbers?

[RESPONSE:] I am sure to say that I commonly use numbers ON A DAILY BASIS/ ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS.
[EXTENSION:] To GIVE YOU AN INSTANCE, when I go to the supermarket, I normally calculate the price of my PURCHASES so I can pay the correct
AMOUNT of the bill.
Furthermore, I use numbers in my studies, like for example, in solving mathematical questions and equations.

Part 1 VOICE

1. Has your voice ever changed?

[RESPONSE:] IT IS A NO BRAINER TO THINK THAT in my childhood, my voice was soft and MELLOW because my VOCAL CORDS has not yet fully
developed.
[EXTENSION:] But when I became more matured, my pitch has been TONED and my sound became SOLID.

2. Do you like your own voice?

[RESPONSE:] As for me, I am not keen on my voice.
[EXTENSION:] It is because IT LACKS SWEETNESS. What’s more, I am in favor of a GENTLE and MELIFLUOUS voice.

PART 3:

1. What kind of people do you usually see in the news?

IN THE PAST FEW DAYS, I normally witness some actors and singers frequently APPEARING in the news.
For example, when they have new MOVIE PROJECT or MUSIC ALBUM, they PARTICIPATE IN several interviews to ADVERTISE their new PROJECTS.
It is for the main reason that they WANT PUBLIC ATTENTION to be drawn towards their PROMOTIONS.
However, sometimes, I also see some POLITICAL LEADERS who are giving their TALKS on the CONDITIONS of the country, such as in economy, health,
education and others.
So, they are those who FILL THE NEWS daily.
