 Do you like reading?


Yes, I like reading. When I was a kid, my mother didn't have some time to accompany me so I was always alone and I have nothing to do but reading.
So, I read a lot of Chinese traditional books and other foreign books when I in the High School, like the Da Vinci Code and Pride and Prejudice.

 What kind of books do you read?


There are a lot of books --- such as History books --- I like the long history of China, lot of heroes, read a lot of books about heroes.
Besides, I like Science Fiction books, those made into movies, and I have read some detective books, such as Sherlock Holmes and some Chinese
detective novels.

Yes, I read a lot of electronic books - from my Junior High School
a. Convenient, read it anywhere and anytime
b. Many Ebooks free for us, don't need to spend money.
3 years ago, I bought a gadget such as KINDLE.

 Do you read books related to your profession?


a. Professional development
b. Expansion of my existing knowledge
c. To know more the areas that are not really familiar to me.

Describe a game show or a  Stand to the End  When I saw this topic, the quiz program which first came to my mind was Stand

What it was like  Answer Questions  In this show, players are supposed to answer questions in various fields including

How often you watched it  Once a week  The program is showcased once a week and I watch it every time it is on the

How you liked it  Addicted  I feel addicted to the quiz program for its interesting questions and brilliant

 When watching, I would respond at the same time with the players.
And explain why you  Knowledge  I find it attractive for the reasons that I can obtain plenty of knowledge.
liked/disliked  Phone Game  Besides, a phone game was made in its style and by the TV station so I can answer
 Social questions in my spare time.
 What’s more, friends can compete with each other. Thanks to the social function.

In conclusion, Stand to the End delivered a lot of joy to me and I will keep watching it to
the end.

 Why do people like to watch TV shows?
There are many reasons why:
a. Some people are bored so watching TV is a good way for them to amuse and entertain themselves. For example, they like watching comedy
movies to make them laugh out loud.
b. Second, people watch TV shows to get knowledge. For example, there are some TV shows which teach some basic skills like cooking or
speaking in English.
c. Lastly, people watch TV shows to get the latest information that are happening around the country or the world. For example, they can watch
the news or the weather forecast for the condition of the environment on that day.
Conclusion:

 What kinds of TV shows do people like to watch?


a. News - people running business, keep the latest news of the economy and what the government doing
b. Shows for people to entertain themselves - movies, comedies or soap operas just for fun
c. Education - a lot of long-distance lessons for young people to learn in their spare time, get the knowledge or degree
Conclusion:

 What is the difference between TV shows now and those in the past?
a. Quality of the images and videos (past – not good, now – better)
b. Variety of shows (now – more kinds of shows, before – limited)
