    SF50M Memory Foam Datasheet

    Description
    A Viscoelastic, temperature sensitive foam for use in mattress applications. Complies with
    the requirements of Schedule 1, Part 1, The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety)
    Amended Regulations 1989.

    Typical Physical Properties


    Physical properties are measured using test methods described in BS EN ISO2439, BS EN
    ISO 845:1995, BS EN ISO 1798, BS EN ISO 8307 and in house test methods.

    Nominal Piece Density Range 48-52 kg/m3

    Nominal Hardness (40%) Strength 70-100N

    Nominal Tensile Strength 50 kPa min.

    Nominal Elongation at Break 180%.

    Resilience 16% max.

    Recovery rate 5-20 secs.

    Compression set (50%) 12% max.

    Standard colour is white.
