○ 20% off if purchased by Sept 30
○ 15% off if purchased by Oct 31
○ 10% off if purchased by Nov 30

Terms:

● Propose 3-year (minimum 2-year). Free months + 24-36 mos.

● The discount only applies to Vehicle Gateways - Starter, Pro, or Enterprise.

● One-time discount for the life of the initial contract. Discount to the subscription
does not automatically renew.

● Fixed deal. No additional discounts. Other products can have a negotiated

discount but not utilizing this discount package

● Shipping and taxes are not included.

● Promotion ends after Nov 30.

Verification:

Texas or Florida Mandate

● Billing OR shipping address must be Texas or Florida

AOBRD (National offer)

● Must include in the order the make and model of current AOBRD (example: Omnitracs
MCP110)

AND

● Attach one of the following forms of verification:

○ Copy of the contract
Will be
○ Certification letter from the manufacturer
auditing
○ Photo clearly showing the make and model
○ Screenshot/photo of display or admin panel that shows

1. On the Opportunity, Click Place Order button.

2. You will be routed to a new window. Hit Custom Order.

3. Fill out your order as normal
4. In the Comments section, you must write which Mandate this order
applies to: Texas, Florida, or AOBRD

- If AOBRD, remember that you must include the make and
model and attach your verification
5. Filling your contract length. Remember, the contract length is
minimum 24 months from the date of the mandate. Therefore an order
signed on Oct 16 for Texas would be 2 +24 = 26 months
7 6. Include your number of Vehicle Gateways. Dont fill in any
discounts. OM will execute this
7. You can include other available items with their negotiated
discounts
8. Hit the Save Button

As soon you hit save, you will be routed to a new window, please verify the
details. A case would be auto created for OM.

You can also attach any approvals in this section. (Please do mention in the
comment section if there is/are any additional discounts related to other
products
