 Preparation of MIS reports like CVC (Claimed Vs Certified), Concrete and material

 Preparation of as-built drawings, anticipated final cost, variations for amendment

 Preparation of Daily Progress Reports, Monthly Contract Report, agenda and the work
progress status for weekly meetings.
 Preparation of RFI for the required clarifications in both structural & architectural drawings.
 Monitoring & status updating for block work, plastering (shafts, toilets,staircases, service
rooms etc.,), slab, formwork
 Material intends – Structural steel, tiles, granite, railings etc.
 Prepare cost analysis based on GFC drawings, engineering estimates, materials required
and labour involved
 Responsible for work package cost management, including forecasting, budget management
and control
 Monitor all commercial information in relation to project including labour, material and sub-
contractor cost forecasting thus ensuring budgets
 Worked with tendering department for quoting of new projects for major clients like RMZ,
Brigade groups, Prestige groups.
