How to Redeem

 In order to participate in the Offer, the Customer is required to purchase Product(s) worth Rs. 5999/- or more

  Eligible Customer will get assured- One return (round trip i.e. to & fro) domestic flight ticket (Economy Class)
  The Customer has to scratch the coupon code to get the alpha numerical “Voucher Code” printed on the
Air Voucher which has to be redeemed on the micro site www.viphelloholidays.com.
 Customer need to complete the registration process (“Registration”) by filling all the required details
on www.viphelloholidays.com
o Voucher Code
o Customer name
o Mobile Number
o E-mail ID
o City name
o Store name
o No. of products purchased
o Product serial no.
Registration of voucher on the dedicated website www.viphelloholidays.com has to be done before
31st January, 2020
 On registration customer will get his / her unique “Authentication Code”
  Authentication Code will be valid till 31st May, 2020 (as the last date to fly is 30th June 2020)
Authentication code is to be used on the same website www.viphelloholidays.com for booking the ticket
 Customer need to enter following details for booking.
 o Authentication Code
o Sector / City from where customer will fly o
Sector / City to which customer has to fly
o 2 Options for Date of travel to be mentioned (with a gap of atleast 10 days): Example: Customer wants
to travel from Mumbai to Delhi, for the onwards journey (Mumbai to Delhi) the gap between the
dates has to be 10 days, for the return journey (Delhi to Mumbai) customer can choose any date till
end of promotion period i.e. 30th June


 Once a customer enters all the details and submits, the customer will
get a message along with the authentication code as below

The Authentication code needs to be entered in the window below, by clicking on the booking tab
Authentication Code & travel sector & date for to & fro i.e . For a ROUND TRIP (two different Round trip dates for the
same sector needs to be selected by the customer , mist likely customer will get the first booking date only in case of
any reasons not viable (extreme cases) customer will get the tickets for an alternative date option,

Once the booking details are entered, the

customer will get a message through
SMS & e-mail, message as mentioned

Post validation of the documents submitted at the time of booking, the customer will get the booking
confirmation details through E-mail & SMS along with payment link (Taxes to be paid by the customer).

Once the customer makes the payment through the link, the tickets will be booked and shared on the
customers registered e-mail ID .
