Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.

DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES: The “Home Depot 2021 Q4 Puerto Rico Customer Satisfaction
Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AST) on
November 1, 2021 and ends at 1:59 p.m. AST on January 30, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Puerto Rico, at least eighteen
(18) years of age or older at time of entry (“Entrant”). The Entrant who is selected as the potential
prize winner (the “Prize Winner”) must have a unique, personal, and valid social security number
for Sponsor (defined below) to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the prize
(“Prize”). The validity of the social security number will be determined by Internal Revenue
Service (“IRS”) requirements as further defined in the “Prize Claims” section of these Official
Rules. Officers, directors, managers and employees of Home Depot Store Support, Inc. (the
promoter of this Sweepstakes) ("Sponsor"), and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries,
affiliates and related companies, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, including
companies providing marketing and market research services to Sponsor or its client(s),
consultants and agents, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children)
and household members of each such person, and any others engaged in the development,
production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes, including American Sweepstakes &
Promotion Company, Inc. (the “Independent Administrator”), are not eligible to participate.
Sweepstakes is void wherever restricted or prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes. Regardless of the method
used to enter the Sweepstakes, either online via the Survey (defined below), via the AMOE
(defined below) or via a combination of the two (2) entry methods, there is a limit of forty-
five (45) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

a) Online entry via the Survey after Completed Transaction: Complete the survey (the
“Survey”) between 12:00 a.m. AST on November 30, 2021 and 11:59 p.m. AST on January
30, 2022 by visiting the Home Depot website located at www.HomeDepot.com/survey (the
“Website”). When prompted, select your preferred language, and submit your zip code,
then submit the unique user ID (“User ID”) and password (“Password”) located on a receipt
obtained by completing one (1) of the following transactions at any participating The Home
Depot Retail location in the United States, Canada, U.S.V.I, Puerto Rico and/or Guam, or
online at www.HomeDepot.com when the product(s) purchased is picked up at a
participating The Home Depot location (each a “Transaction”): (a) a purchase, (b) a return,
or (c) an exchange. PLEASE NOTE: Entrants may utilize receipts from multiple
Transactions to enter this Sweepstakes. For example, if a receipt is issued for a purchase,
the User ID and Password found upon that receipt may be used to enter this Sweepstakes.
If the purchase is later returned or exchanged, a new receipt will be issued and the User
ID and Password found upon that receipt may also be used to enter this Sweepstakes.
Receipts are valid for use in the Survey for fourteen (14) days from the date of the
Transaction (as noted on the applicable receipt).*After entering the unique User ID and
Password, complete the Survey in its entirety, by submitting your answers to the Survey
questions. When you have completed the Survey, and when prompted, complete the
 official Sweepstakes entry form (the “Entry Form”) in its entirety, including your first name,
last name, e-mail address and telephone number (including area code). Then, press the
“Next” button in order to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Survey must be
completed by 11:59 p.m. AST on January 30, 2022. In order to be eligible and receive your
Entry into the Sweepstakes, you must complete the entire Survey, the Entry Form and click
on the “Next” button. If you do not complete the Survey, the Entry Form and click the “Next”
button, you will not receive an entry into the Sweepstakes and therefore will no t be eligible
to win a Prize.

*NOTE: The User ID and Password found upon your receipt is only valid
for fourteen (14) days from the date of the Transaction (as noted on the
applicable receipt). If an Entrant’s User ID and Password expire prior to the
end of this Sweepstakes, such Entrant may enter by either, (a) completing
another Transaction during the Sweepstakes Period to receive a new receipt;
or (b) via the “AMOE” listed below. For example: If an Entrant completes a
Transaction and receives a receipt dated December 28, 2021, he/she may use the
User ID and Password found upon the receipt to access the Survey and receive
entry into the Sweepstakes through 11:59 p.m. AST on January 11, 2022. If he/she
does not use the aforementioned User ID and Password to access the Survey by
11:59 p.m. AST on January 11, 2022, he/she will not be eligible to receive an entry
into the Sweepstakes via the online entry method with this receipt. In such case,
and if desired, he/she can receive an entry via a new receipt by completing another
Transaction during the Sweepstakes Period or via the AMOE as outlined below.
Consequently, if the User ID and Password expire after this Sweepstakes has
ended, the Entrant may only use the User ID and Password to enter t his
Sweepstakes through the end of the Sweepstakes Period. For example: If an
Entrant completes a Transaction and receives a receipt dated January 22, 2022,
he/she may use the User ID and Password to solely access the Survey until 11:59
p.m. AT on January 30, 2022. Entries are subject to User ID and Password
validation and verification. Only one (1) entry per User ID and Password will be
accepted. In addition, if the Entrant’s transaction takes place during the
Sweepstakes Period, and the Sweepstakes Period ends without the Entrant taking
the survey, the Entrant’s Transaction can still be used to enter into a subsequent
sweepstakes (if one is conducted) if (i) the User ID and Password found on the
Entrants receipt is still valid (i.e., the date of the receipt is within fourteen (14) days
from the date of the Transaction), and (ii) the Transaction falls within the
sweepstakes period for such subsequent sweepstakes, and the rules applicable
for said subsequent Sweepstakes allows for the use of said User ID and Password.

b) Without taking the Survey via the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) : To enter the
Sweepstakes without completing the Survey or making any purchase, you may enter by
mail as follows: On a 3" x 5" card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, e-
mail address and telephone number (including area code), and mail your 3” x 5” card in a
business size envelope to:

All AMOE entries must be postmarked by January 30, 2022, and received by February 5, 2022.
Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Each envelope is considered one (1) entry into the
Sweepstakes. Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant, included
in the same envelope, are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. AMOE entries
must contain all entry fields to be entered, otherwise void.

Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using
multiple/different addresses, and/or any other methods will void said Entrant’s entries and that
Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted by anyone other than the
Entrant are void. Neither the Sponsor, nor Independent Administrator will verify receipt of entries
for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged or postage -due mailed
entries.

RANDOM DRAWING/NOTIFICATION: On or about February 8, 2022, at approximately 12:00 ET

(the “Draw Date”) at 300 State St, # 402, Rochester, NY 14614, five (5) Prize Winners will be
selected in the Sweepstakes, and each will receive a Prize as outlined in the “Prize” section below.
The random drawings will be conducted via random automated computer selection process by a
representative appointed by Sponsor at its sole discretion, whose decisions are based upon
his/her sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all
respects.

The potential Prize Winners will be notified by the Independent Administrator by email and/or
phone and must complete the “Required Documents” as defined in the “Prize Claims” section
below (“Notification”). In the event the Independent Administrator cannot reach a potential Prize
Winner via the Notification within five (5) business days, if a Potential Prize Winner fails to respond
to the Notification by the date indicated, or if it is determined by Sponsor and/or Independent
Administrator, in their sole discretion, that a potential Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance
with these Official Rules, an alternate Prize Winner will be selected at random from among the
remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. In such case,
he/she will be notified as outlined above.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of being selected as a Prize Winner will depend upon the total
number of eligible entries received in compliance with the Sweepstakes Official Rules.

PRIZE:
Each of the five (5) Prize Winners shall be awarded a $1,000 The Home Depot Gift Card for
use in any The Home Depot Retail location in the U.S., U.S.V.I, Puerto Rico and/or Guam.
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prizes is five thousand dollars ($5,000).

Each Prize is subject to the terms of the conditions of the gift card itself. Prizes cannot be
substituted, assigned, exchanged for cash or transferred; except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or
as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prizes. Each Prize is
taxable as income upon the date of delivery, and each Prize Winner is solely responsible for all
applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. No more
than the stated number of Prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. All Prizes will
be awarded.

PRIZE CLAIMS: Except where prohibited, each potential Prize Winner must complete, sign and
return a notarized “Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release Form” (the “Release”) within 5
days of receiving the Release. If a potential Prize Winner fails to return the Required Documents
within the date and time frame indicated, potential Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the
respective Prize and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected at random from among the
remaining non-winning eligible entries received. Potential Prize Winners must report income
to the IRS. In the event it is deemed during the verification process that the potential Prize
Winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor to
report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the Prize, such potential Prize Winner
will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner will be selected as outlined above Valid
social security numbers will be determined by IRS requirements. The Sponsor (or a party
acting on its behalf) must report the value of the Prize to the IRS in the year the Prize is
received by the Prize Winner and will be reported to the Prize Winner and the IRS in the
form of a Form 1099. Prize Winners consent (and, except where prohibited, agree to sig n any
additional documents required by Sponsor to formalize, effect or perfect such consent) to
Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness (photograph and/or video), biographical information, and
voices in advertising/publicity/trade without compensation, notice or approval; and, Prize Winners
disclaim any ownership rights of such advertising/publicity/trade material. The Prizes will be
awarded within six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date in which the Required Documents are
received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these

Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding with respect to
all issues relating to this Sweepstakes. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s
sole discretion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the
sole discretion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper
submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion and in compliance with
applicable Puerto Rican law, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and
conduct the Sweepstakes in a manner which in its sole discretion is fair, appropriate and
consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted at the
Website. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize at random from among the
eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole
discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the
operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an
unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or reject any
incomplete, inaccurate or false entry. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY
UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF
CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE
OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.

RELEASE: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless
Sponsor, and its client(s), and each of their parent companies, respective officers, directors,
managers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, agents, members, shareholders, insurers,
servants, guests, divisions, predecessors, successors, representatives, assigns, attorneys,
dealers, distributors, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, including the Independent
Administrator (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action
arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, redemption or use of any Prize.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties do not have any responsibility or liability
whatsoever for: (a); unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the
Sweepstakes; (b) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the
Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (c) any property loss, damage, personal injury, or
death, in connection with the Prize provided pursuant to this Sweepstakes and/or any person’s
participating in the Sweepstakes; (d) any printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-
related materials; (e) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, illegible, incomplete, damaged or
indecipherable entries; or (vi) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the
malfunctioning of any computer, mobile device, cable, network, hardware or software (if
applicable), as well as any failure of the Website during the Sweepstakes Period.

CHOICE OF LAW: Under no circumstances will Entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and
Entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any
other damages, including attorneys’ fees, and Entrants further waive all rights to have damages
multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants
and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in
accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to Georgia conflict
of law principles.

ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: When you participate in the Survey and enter this
Sweepstakes, Sponsor will be collecting non-personally identifiable data about Entrants. Sponsor
will also collect your name, mailing address, and telephone number. We use this information to
administer your participation in the Sweepstakes. At the time you are entering the Sweepstakes,
we may ask for your email address and for your permission to send you future marketing
information from Home Depot. If you wish to later opt-out of these emails, you can do so
by checking the unsubscribe button on the email or visiting
http://www.homedepot.com/c/Privacy_Security. All other information collected from Entrants
(including but not limited to the Entrant’s gender and any other demographic information) is
collected for analysis purposes only.

FECHAS DEL SORTEO: Home Depot 2021 Q4 puerto rico sorteo de satisfacción del cliente
inicia a las 12:00 a.m., hora estándar del Atlántico (AST por sus siglas en inglés) el 1 de
novembre de 2021 y finaliza a las 11:59 p.m. TC el 30 de enero de 2022 («Plazo del sorteo»).

ELEGIBILIDAD: El sorteo únicamente permite la participación de residentes legales de Puerto

Rico, de al menos 18 años de edad o más al momento de concursar («Participante»). El
Participante elegido como posible ganador del premio («Ganador de Premio») debe tener un
número de seguro social único, personal y válido para que el Patrocinador (definido a
continuación) pueda reportar la obligación tributaria asociada con la aceptación del premio
(«Premio»). La validez del número de seguro social será determinado por los requisitos del
Servicio de Impuestos Internos (IRS, por sus siglas en inglés) como se definirá más adelante en

enlace www.HomeDepot.com/survey (el «Sitio Web»). Cuando se le solicite, seleccione el
idioma de su preferencia e ingrese su código postal y luego ingrese su número único de
identificación («Identificación de usuario» o “User ID”) y contraseña («Contraseña»)
localizada en el recibo obtenido tras completar una (1) de las transacciones a continuación,
en cualquiera de las tiendas detallistas de The Home Depot en EE.UU., Canadá, Islas
Vírgenes de EE. UU, Puerto Rico y/o Guam participantes, o por Internet en
www.HomeDepot.com cuando el(los) producto(s) comprado(s), sea(n) recogido(s) en una
de las tiendas participantes (cada una “una Transacción»): (a) una compra, (b) una
devolución, o (c) un intercambio. TOME EN CUENTA QUE: Para ser parte de este sorteo,
los participantes pueden utilizar recibos provenientes de múltiples Transacciones. Por
ejemplo, si se emite un recibo para una compra, la Identificación de Usuario y Contraseña
encontradas en ese recibo pueden ser usadas para participar en este sorteo. Si más
adelante se hace una devolución o un intercambio de dicha compra, se emite un nuevo
recibo y la Identificación de Usuario y Contraseña encontradas en ese recibo pueden ser
usadas también para participar en este sorteo. Los recibos son válidos para ser usados
en la Encuesta durante catorce (14) días a partir de la fecha de la Transacción (como se
indica en el recibo aplicable).*Después de ingresar la Identificación de Usuario única y
Contraseña, llene la Encuesta de forma por completo, ingresando sus respuestas a las
preguntas de la Encuesta. Cuando haya completado la Encuesta, y cuando se le solicite,
llene por completo el formulario oficial de participación en el sorteo («Formulario de
participación»), incluyendo en él su primer nombre, apellido, dirección de correo
electrónico y número telefónico (incluyendo el código de área). Luego presione el botón
«Siguiente» para confirmar una participación en el sorteo. La Encuesta debe ser
completada a más tardar a la 11:59 a.m. AST para el 31 de octubre de 2021. Para poder
ser elegible a la participación en el sorteo, debe llenar la Encuesta completa, el Formulario
de Participación y hacer clic en el botón de «Siguiente». Si no completa la Encuesta, el
Formulario de Participación, y hace clic en «Siguiente», no participará en el sorteo y por lo
tanto no será elegible para ganar un Premio.

*NOTA: La Identificación de Usuario y Contraseña en su recibo son válidos

únicamente durante catorce (14) días a partir de la fecha de la Transacción
(como se indica en el recibo aplicable). Si la Identificación de Usuario y
Contraseña de un participante expiran antes de que finalice este sorteo,
dicho participante puede ingresar ya sea (a) completando otra Transacción
durante el Plazo del sorteo para obtener un nuevo recibo, o (b) a través del
«AMOE» enumerado a continuación. Por ejemplo: Si el Participante completa
la transacción y obtiene un recibo con julio del 28 de decembre de 2021, él/ella
puede usar la Identificación de Usuario y Contraseña ubicado en el recibo para
acceder a la Encuesta y participar en el sorteo hasta la 11:59 p.m. AST del 11 de
enero de 2021. Si el/ella no usa la Identificación de usuario y la Contraseña
mencionadas para acceder a la encuesta antes de la 11:59 p.m. AST del 11 de
enero de 2021, el/ella no será elegible para participar en el sorteo usando el
método de registro por Internet con este recibo. En dicho caso, si lo desea, el/ella
puede participar usando un nuevo recibo completando otra Transacción durante
el Plazo del sorteo o a través del AMOE tal y como se describe a continuación.
Por consiguiente, si la Identificación de Usu ario y Contraseña expiran
después de que haya finalizado este sorteo, el participante solamente puede
usar la Identificación de Usuario y Contraseña para participar en este sorteo
hasta el final del Plazo del sorteo. Por ejemplo: Si el Participante completa la
 transacción y obtiene un recibo con julioa del 22 enero de 2022, el/ella puede usar
la Identificación de usuario y Contraseña para acceder a la Encuesta hasta la
11:59 p.m. AST del 30 de enero de 2022. Las participaciones están sujetas a la
validación y verificación de la Identificación de Usuario y Contraseña. Se aceptará
únicamente una (1) participación por cada Identificación de Usuario y Contraseña.
Además, si la transacción del Participante se realiza durante el Plazo del sorteo,
y el Plazo del sorteo finaliza sin que el Participante llene la Encuesta, la
Transacción del Participante aún se puede utilizar para participar en sorteos
posteriores (de llevarse a cabo alguno), si (i) la Identificación de Usuario y
Contraseña que se encuentran en el recibo del participante aun es válido (es decir
que la fecha en el recibo está dentro de los catorce (14) días desde la fecha de la
Transacción), y (ii) si la Transacción cae dentro del plazo del concurso de dichos
concursos posteriores, y las reglas aplicables a esos concursos posteriores
permiten el uso de dicha Identificación de Usuario y Contraseña.

b) Sin tomar la Encuesta, a través del método alternativo de registro (AMOE por sus

Todos los registros AMOE deben tener fecha de sello postal que no sobrepase el 30 de enero de
2022 y ser recibidos a más tardar el 5 de febrero de 2022. Límite de una (1) participación por
sobre. Cada sobre se considera una (1) participación al sorteo. Se anularán las participaciones
múltiples o que sean completadas por cualquier persona que no sea el Participante, y sean
incluidas en el mismo sobre. No se aceptará ninguna reproducción mecánica. Las
participaciones vía AMOE deben tener todos los campos llenos; de lo contrario, serán anuladas.

Cualquier intento de parte del Participante de obtener un mayor número de registros de los
indicados, haciendo uso de varias/distintas direcciones y/o cualquier otro método, anulará las
participaciones del Participante y dicho Participante podría ser descalificado del sorteo. Las
participaciones ingresadas por cualquier otra persona que no sea el Participante serán anuladas.
Ni el Patrocinador ni el Administrador Independiente verificarán el recibo de doc umentos de los
Participantes. Todos los registros enviados se vuelven propiedad del Patrocinador y no serán
devueltos. El Patrocinador no se hace responsable de los registros perdidos, con demora,
desviados, ilegibles, dañados ni enviados por correo con franqueos insuficientes.

SORTEO ALEATORIO/NOTIFICACIÓN: En o alrededor del 8 de febrero de 2022,

aproximadamente a las 12:00 hora estándar del este (ET por sus siglas en inglés) («Fecha del
sorteo») en 300 State St, # 402, Rochester, NY 14614, cinco (5) Ganadores de Premio serán
seleccionados en el sorteo y recibirán, cada uno, un Premio como se describe en la sección de
«Premio» a continuación. Los sorteos aleatorios serán llevados a cabo mediante un proceso
informático automatizado aleatorio de selección, por parte de un representante nombrado a
criterio exclusivo del Patrocinador, cuyas decisiones están basadas, exclusivamente en su
criterio e interpretación de las Reglas Oficiales y son definitivas y vinculantes en todos los
aspectos.

Los Ganadores de Premio potenciales recibirán una notificación de parte del Administrador
Independiente a través de un correo electrónico y/o vía telefónica y deberán completar los
«Documentos Requeridos» como se define en la sección de «Reclamación de Premio» a
continuación (Notificación»). En el caso en que el Administrador Independiente no logre
contactar al posible Ganador del Premio a través de la Notificación, en un período de (5) días
hábiles, si un posible Ganador de premio no responde a la Notificación en la fecha indicada o si
el Patrocinador y/o el Administrador Independiente, a su criterio exclusivo, determinan que el
posible Ganador de Premio no es elegible de conformidad con las Reglas Oficiales, se
seleccionará aleatoriamente a un Ganador de Premio alterno tomado de los participantes
elegibles que no habían sido ganadores durante el Plazo del sorteo. En dicho caso, el/ella será
notificado como se describe a anteriormente.

POSIBILIDADES DE GANAR: Las posibilidades de ser seleccionado como Ganador de Premio,

dependerán del número total de participaciones elegibles recibidas en cumplimiento con las
Reglas Oficiales del Sorteo.

PREMIO:
Cada uno de los (5) Ganadores de Premio recibirá $1,000 en una tarjeta de regalo de The
Home Depot para ser utilizada en cualquier tienda detallista de The Home Depot en EE.UU,
Islas Vírgenes de los EE. UU., Puerto Rico y/o Guam. El valor total de venta detallista
aproximado (ARV por sus siglas en inglés) de los cinco premios es de cinco mil dólares
($5,000).

Cada Premio está sujeto a los términos y condiciones de propia la tarjeta de regalo. No es
posible sustituir, asignar, intercambiar por efectivo ni transferir los Premios; salvo a criterio
exclusivo del Patrocinador o en caso que se estipule lo contrario en el presente documento. El
Patrocinador no remplazará los Premios perdidos o robados. Cada Premio es un ingreso sujeto
a impuestos a la fecha de entrega y cada Ganador de Premio es el único responsable de todos
los impuestos federales, estatales y locales, incluyendo los impuestos sobre sus ingresos. No
se otorgarán más Premios que los descritos en estas Reglas Oficiales. Todos los Premios
serán otorgados.

RECLAMACIÓN DE PREMIOS: Excepto donde lo prohíba la ley, cada posible Ganador del
Premio debe completar, firmar y entregar una "Declaración jurada de elegibilidad /
responsabilidad y autorización de publicación" ("Retransmisión") notariada dentro de los 5 días y
el período establecido en el Aviso. Si un posible Ganador del Premio no devuelve los Documentos
Requeridos dentro de los 5 días de haber recibido la Liberación del Administrador, el Ganador
del Premio potencial pierde su derecho al Premio respectivo y se seleccionará al azar un Ganador
del Premio alternativo, entre los restantes participantes elegibles recibidos.
Los potenciales Ganadores de premio deben reportar sus ingresos al IRS. En caso que
durante el proceso de verificación del potencial Ganador de Premio se considere que éste
no posee un número de seguro social único, personal y válido pa ra que el Patrocinador
reporte la obligación tributaria asociada con la aceptación del Premio, dicho posible
Ganador de Premio será descalificado y se seleccionará un Ganador de Premio alterno
según indicado arriba. La validez de los números de seguro social será determinada por
los requisitos del IRS. El Patrocinador (o una parte actuando en su nombre) debe reportar
el valor del Premio al IRS durante el año en que el Premio ha sido recibido por el Ganador
de Premio y será reportado al Ganador de Premio y al IRS a través del formulario 1099. Los
Ganadores de Premio consienten (y salvo donde la ley lo prohíba, acuerdan firmar cualquier
documento adicional requerido por el Patrocinador a fin de formalizar, efectuar o perfeccionar
dicho consentimiento) que el Patrocinador haga uso de su nombre, imagen (fotografía y/o video),
información biográfica y voces en anuncios, publicidad/comercio sin compensación, notificación
ni aprobación alguna, y los Ganadores de Premio renuncian a cualquier derecho de propiedad
de dicho material de anuncios/publicidad/comercio. Los Premios serán otorgados en un plazo de
seis (6) a ocho (8) semanas a partir de la fecha en la que se reciben los Documentos Requeridos.

CONDICIONES GENERALES: Los Participantes aceptan cumplir y estar obligados por las
Reglas Oficiales y las decisiones del Patrocinador, las cuales serán definitivas y vinculantes con
respecto a todos los asuntos relacionados con este sorteo. En caso que alguna parte de este
sorteo esté, a criterio exclusivo del Patrocinador, en riesgo por una intervención humana no
autorizada o por otra causa que, a criterio exclusivo del Patrocinador, corrompa o altere la
administración, seguridad, justicia o participaciones presentadas adecuadamente, el
Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su criterio exclusivo y de conformidad con las leyes
aplicables de Puerto Rico, de cancelar, rescindir, modificar o suspender el sorteo y realizar el
sorteo de una manera en que, a su criterio, sea justa, apropiada y consecuente con estas Reglas
Oficiales. El aviso de dicha acción de parte del Patrocinador será publicado en el sitio web. En
dicho caso, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de adjudicar el Premio de manera aleatoria
entre las participaciones elegibles recibidas antes del momento de la alteración. El Patrocinador
se reserva el derecho, a su criterio exclusivo, de descalificar a cualquier persona que se
encuentre manipulando el proceso de participación o la operación del sorteo o cuyo
comportamiento viole las Reglas Oficiales o que se comporte de manera negativa o perjudicial.
El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de descalificar o rechazar cualquier participación
incompleta, incorrecta o falsa. CUALQUIER INTENTO DE UNA PERSONA DE SOCAVAR
DELIBERADAMENTE LA OPERACIÓN LEGÍTIMA DEL SORTEO ES UNA VIOLACIÓN DE LA
LEY PENAL Y CIVIL Y EN CASO SE REALICE DICHO INTENTO, EL PATROCINADOR SE
RESERVA EL DERECHO DE RECLAMAR DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS A DICHA PERSONA EN
LA MEDIDA MÁXIMA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY. LA FALTA DE EJECUCIÓN DEL
PATROCINADOR DE CUALQUIERA DE LOS TÉRMINOS DE ESTAS REGLAS OFICIALES
NO CONSTITUYE UNA RENUNCIA A ESTAS DISPOSICIONES.

RELEVO: Al participar en este sorteo, los Participantes acuerdan RELEVAR y exonerar al

Patrocinador y a su(s) cliente(s) y a cada una de sus casas matrices, sus respectivos OFICIALES,
directores, gerentes, empleados, subsidiarias, entidades afiliadas, agentes, miembros,
accionistas, aseguradoras, sirvientes, invitados, divisiones, predecesores, sucesores,
representantes, asignados, abogados, distribuidores, agencias de publicidad, promoción y
despacho, incluyendo el Administrador Independiente (colectivamente, las «Partes Relevadas»)
de cualquier reclamo o causa de una acción que surja de la participación en el sorteo o del recibo,
redención o uso de cualquier Premio.

LIMITACIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD: Las Partes Relevadas no tienen responsabilidad

alguna de: (a) intervención humana no autorizada en cualquier parte del proceso de inscripción
o en el sorteo; (b) un error electrónico o humano el cual pueda ocurrir en la administración del
sorteo o en el procesamiento de las participaciones; (c) pérdidas de propiedad, daños, daños
personales o muerte, relacionado con el Premio brindado de conformidad con este sorteo y/o la
participación de cualquier persona en el sorteo; (d) cualquier error de impresión o tipográfico en
cualquier material relacionado con el sorteo; (e) participaciones robadass, perdidas, con
demoras, desviadas, corruptas, ilegibles, incompletas, dañadas o indescifrables; o (f) fallas
técnicas de cualquier tipo, incluyendo, pero no limitadas al mal funcionamiento de cualquier
computadora, dispositivos móviles, cable, red, “hardware” o “software” (si aplica), así como
cualquier falla del sitio web durante el Plazo del sorteo.

LEY APLICABLE: A los participantes bajo ninguna circunstancia se les permitirá obtener una
indemnización, y por medio del presente, renuncian a todos los derechos de reclamar
indemnizaciones por daños punitivos, incidentales o colaterales o cualquier otro daño, incluyendo
los honorarios de los abogados, y además renuncian a todos los derechos de multiplicar o
