The Low Key Lighting is used to convey a sense of darkness, but also
conveys a sense of fear and horror. The character is positioned in the middle
and close to the camera so that we know that he is what we are focusing on
in the scene.

The Low Key lighting could suggest a dark event happening to a character,
the guns are held at a specific position.

The lighting used is a Low-Key lighting, which is a good choice for this kind of theme for the film.
The props are made to look like a kind of futuristic yet keeping a sense of simplicity, as are the
costumes, and they blend with the scene’s theme well because nothing stands out oddly and it’s all
one theme. The building they are in is big, and that’s good because of the amount of characters and
where they need to stand in the scene, this means that all the characters are important in this
scene and not just one character. The costumes have the exact same colour scheme to fit the
scene’s theme and serves their purpose to the film well, nothing is distracting or left out. The gold
and black is consistent, and the gold colour choice possibly represents wealth and power, whilst the
black can possibly mean death or a dark event happening, almost like foreshadowing.
