I, ANICIA O. VILLENA, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and a resident of palanan,

Isabela, am a registered owner of a certain parcel of land situated in the barrio of Centro West,
Palanan, Isabela covered by TCT No.T-308832, more particularly described as follow:

“….A PARCEL OF LAND Lot No.497-1, Psd_(af)-02-016897 being a portion of Lot

497, cad -939-D, situated in the barrio of Centro West, Palanan, Isabela,bounded in the North,
along line 2-3 by Lot 781, Cad-939-D, on the East, along line 3-4 by road ; on the South, along
line 4-5-1 by Lot Nos. 497-J & 497-B; and on the West, along line 1-2 by Lot 497-H containing
an area of ONE THOUSAND NINETY FIVE (1,095) Sq.M. more or less….”

That for and in consideration of the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND (80,000.00)

Philippine Currency to me in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby Acknowledged, hereby
sell, ceed, transfer, and convey by way of absolute sale unto NEPOMUCENO O. VILLENA,
likewise of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of Victoria, Mallig, Isabela, his heirs, and
assigns the aforementioned parcel of land, free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto set their land this____th day of February,

THOUSAND (100,000.00), Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by JULIETA B.
VILLENA, Filipino, and with residence of Victoria, Mallig, Isabela, DO HEREBY SELL,
TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said JULIETA B.
VILLENA, her heirs and assigns, that certain parcel of land;

and possessions shall pertain to the vendee JULIETA B. VILLENA.
