Specific Tasks

1. Visit a School
2. Get a copy of the school’s vision, and the goals.
3. Analyze the vision, mission, and the goals of the schools relative to the
existing school curriculum.

Copy below the vision, mission, and the goals of your cooperating school.
Vision:

The improvement of the quality of life of the people continues to be primordial concern
of Iligan Capitol College as it seeks to develop the youth’s full potentials and positive values in a
learner-centered and globally competitive teaching learning environment.

Mission:

Iligan Capitol College through a relevant affordable quality education is committed to

the development of the total person’s “ –Physically; socially’ intellectual’ morally and spiritually
– for the man power needs of the rapidly developing Mindanao and of industrially and
technologically growing Philippines.
Goals/Objectives

Based on the school’s mission and vision, what are the intended learning goals for the learners?
The intended Learning goals for the learners of Iligan Capitol College are to improve the quality
of life of the people. And it seeks to develop the youth’s full positive values in a globally competition
teaching environment. Iligan Capitol College are also aiming for the learners to have or to develop the
values that were needed in rapidly developing mindanao .

The Intention

Target Competency

At the end of this activity, you are expected to develop and use variety of
appropriate assessment strategies to monitor and evaluate learning outcomes.

Specific Tasks

1. Conduct classroom observation.

2. Write down the learning objectives for the day.
3. Determine if the evaluation items given by the resource teacher are congruent
with the set of objectives.

Request from your resource teacher the learning objectives and assessment strategies used for the day. Write
them below

Subject Matter: FILIPINO 1

Learning Objectives:  Malalaman ang uri ng Edukasyon sa Pilipinas at ang kasaysayan
nito.
 Nakakalikha ng sariling bugtong at palaisipan.
 Makakapagsadula sa piling ng bahagi ng akda.
 Nahihiwa ang ara aral na napulot sa seleksyon.

The Intention

Target Competency

At the end of this activity, you should be able to describe a healthy psychological
climate for learners.

Specific Tasks

1. Choose a particular subject area and grate/year level in a school to

be visited.
2. Conduct classroom observation.

Describe the learning environment in the class you observed.

The ambiance is very good; there was enough space in every chair of the students.
There were electric fans, center table, displays on bulletin boards and the cleanliness of their
classroom was maintained.

Interview your resource teacher, how she/he created healthy psychological climate for learners before, during,
and after the class.

Before class he will have a strong motivation; through story telling. Telling about
experiences and about current events. During class he will have a class interaction by
asking questions to his students. And after class, he will have the recap and ask for the
moral lesson that his student learned.

demonstrate of values learning.

Specific Tasks

1. Examine resource/instructional materials in relation to the existing curriculum

of the school.
2. Reflect on how resource materials support the implementation of the
curriculum.

1. Conduct Classroom observation.

2. Interview the resource teacher how he/she master the subject matter.

Ask your resource teacher about the necessary activities and preparations to master to master the subject matter.

Request one learning objective from your resource teacher and least down your preparations to master the objective
matter.
