Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Paris


Meals:Dinner Only
Welcome to Paris. Upon your arrival, meet our experienced tour manager at the arrival hall. Proceed for
Dinner and then check in to the hotel for an overnight stay in Paris.

Day 2 Guided City Tour of Paris


Meals:Breakfast / Dinner
After a continental breakfast, proceed for a guided city tour of Paris which includes a visit to Arc De
Triomphe, Concorde Square, The Invalids, The Opera Garnier and the Champs Elysees.
Proceed to the Eiffel Tower and come face to face with Paris' biggest landmark, the Eiffel Tower. This is
without doubt one of the most recognizable structures in the world. Weighing 7,000 tons, but exerting
about the same pressure on the ground as an average-size person sitting in a chair, the wrought iron tower
wasn't meant to be permanent. Gustave - Alexandre, the French Engineer whose fame rested mainly on his
iron bridges, built it for the 1889 Universal Exhibition. (Eiffel also designed the frame work for the Statue of
Liberty).
You can climb up to the 2nd level of the tower which offers a stunning view of the city. In the evening, you
take the cruise on River Seine.
Later enjoy a hot and sumptuous Indian dinner.

Day 3 Day Free at Leisure | Optional - Day entrance to 1 Park in Disneyland

Enjoy Continental Breakfast in the hotel. You can spend the day at Leisure.

We recommend to spend an unforgettable time of your life meeting all the well-known and loved Disney
characters to experience the thrill of the rides at Disneyland Paris.

Embark on a truly magical adventure, where all classic attractions and colourful shows bring limitless
imagination to life. The streets are filled with wonder as beloved Disney characters glide past whist singing
and dancing in the parade. Passengers not availing the Optional Tour need to reach the restaurant on their
own.

Day 4 Paris to Switzerland

After enjoying sumptuous continental breakfast, head to Switzerland. In the evening enjoy dinner and
overnight stay would be at a hotel in Zurich / Central Swiss area.
Day 5 Day Free at Leisure | Optional Tour - Excursion to Jungfraujoch with Indian Lunch & Orientation
Tour of Interlaken

After a Continental breakfast, the rest of the day is at leisure. You can spend the day in the comforts of the
hotel or explore the area with our optional excursion to Jungfraujoch. Located at an altitude of 3,453m, it is
the highest railway station in Europe and is commonly referred to as the 'Top of Europe'.

Here Switzerland's most breathtaking scenery awaits you, which can only be reached through a 7.3 km long
cog railway tunnel.

Capture some memorable experiences in Ice Palace, the Ice Plateau. One of the highlights of the day is the
Indian lunch at the famous Bollywood Restaurant; after which you shall proceed to Interlaken. This resort
town is situated between the lakes of Thun and Brienz in the heart of the Swiss Alps and is a very popular
shooting spot for Bollywood movies. Enjoy an Indian dinner and return to your hotel in Zurich / Central
Swiss area for overnight stay.

Day 6 Mt. Titlis, Ride the Ice Flyer & Orientation Tour of Lucerne

After a Continental breakfast at the hotel, proceed on an excursion to Mt. Titlis, the highest glacier
destination and the biggest ski and snowboard paradise in central Switzerland. To get to Mt. Titlis, you need
to pass through a series of two different cable cars. The last leg of the journey involves a ride in the world's
first rotating cable car called the Titlis Rotair.

At Mt. Titlis, you have free time to play and enjoy in the snow, visit the Ice Grotto or just relax at the
restaurant. On the terrace on top of Mt. Titlis summit station, if weather permits, you could take an
unforgettable ride on the Ice-Flyer, an enclosed ski lift that travels a few meters down the Titlis glacier.

The visit is complimented by a delicious Indian lunch at the summit. Next comes the best part of your
holiday - a visit to the 100-metre long, highest suspension bridge in Europe situated at more than 3,000
meters above sea level.

After this proceed for an orientation tour of Lucerne. You will see the Lion Monument, Lowendenkmal,
hewn from a limestone cliff to commemorate the bravery and loyalty of Swiss Guards. You may also take a
stroll across Kappelbruke, the world's oldest covered wooden bridge originally built in 1333 over the River
Reuss. Enjoy an Indian dinner and return to your hotel in Zurich / Central Swiss area for overnight stay.

Day 7 Zurich Orientation Tour & Visit Rhine Falls | Departure


Meals:Breakfast Only

After enjoying continental breakfast in the hotel, check out and proceed for an Orientation Tour of Zurich.
Later, visit Schaffhausen. Here, capture memories at Europe's biggest fresh water falls - the Rhine Falls.

Later in the evening, we proceed to Zurich airport to board your flight back.
Terms & Conditions

APPLICABILITY OF RATES

The rates are valid for only the number of Passengers as stated in the quotation. Any change in the
number of travelers may cause the rates to be modified. The rates are valid for Indian national residing
in India only. The rates shall be valid only for same day of issuance of quotation. Any
discount/promotional offer is only valid/applicable on full and final payment.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT

An initial payment is a non-refundable, non-transferable advance amount as stipulated under "Payment


Terms "below is required to be made by you within the prescribed timelines for us to initiate the
booking. Such amount shall stand forfeited and the Company shall be under no obligation to refund this
amount in the event that you cancel your booking or fail to adhere to the prescribed payment schedule
or fail to fulfill the documentary requirements or unable to obtain a valid visa or unable to travel for any
reason whatsoever or any other such defaults/reasons attributable to you.

Your booking is not confirmed until Yatra receives the advance payment and until you receive a
confirmation invoice with respect to the same. Your reservation will be automatically canceled if
advance payment is not received by Yatra by the advance payment due date. Yatra accepts credit card,
debit card, net banking, UPI, Mobile Wallet, PayPal, Cash and Cheque. The total cost of the package
includes 5% towards Goods and Services Tax (GST).

In the event Passengers opt for customizing the Tour or make an offline booking of the Tour, than
Passenger shall be required to pay 1% assistance fee on the total transaction value in addition to the
applicable Tour fee payable by such passenger, for carrying out such customizations or availing offline
booking facility. However, the assistance fee shall be waived for the Passengers if they choose to make
payment through NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Cash deposit or UPI. Passengers are also advised to review and
verify their booking invoice thoroughly and contact their Travel Agent or Yatra immediately if the
invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete. Yatra cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified
of inaccuracies within 5 days of sending out the invoice. In the case of billing errors, Yatra reserves the
right to re-invoice you with correct pricing. If final payment is not received by the due date as per the "
Payment Terms "mentioned below, your reservation will be canceled and Yatra will retain your full
deposit.

Yatra is not responsible for canceled land and/or air reservations in the event payment is not received
by the final payment date. Final handover of Hotel vouchers, Air tickets, Visa, Passport etc. will be done
only upon receiving full and final payment and duly filled and signed BTQ documents by the passenger/s
(wherever applicable). For payments made through cheque/traveler's cheque, such handover/dispatch
will be done only after cheque clearance.
PAYMENT TERMS

For Long Haul destinations such as USA, Australia, Africa, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada,
Europe, Russia etc.More than 30 days prior to the departure date, Initial Booking Amount INR 30,000
per person or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable), 30 days
prior to the departure date - 50% of the total tour cost, 15 days prior to the departure date - 100% of the
tour cost required.

For Short Haul destinations such as Middle East, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Maldives,
Mauritius etc.More than 21 days prior to departure date ,Initial Booking Amount INR 10,000 per person
or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable), 21 days prior to the
departure date - 50% of the total tour cost. 10 days prior to the departure date, - 100% of the tour cost
required.

For Destinations within India, Nepal, Bhutan & Sri Lanka, Initial Booking Amount - More than 30 days
prior to departure, 25% of the total tour cost or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable
and non-transferable), 30 days prior to the departure date - 50% of the total tour cost. 15 days from the
departure date - 100% of the tour cost required.

Note:Visa amount if applicable (non-refundable) will be over and above the Initial Booking Amount.

RATE OF EXCHANGE (ROE)

The final payment to be collected will be as per the ROE applicable on the day of actual final payment.
Any fluctuation or change in ROE between the amount initially quoted by the Company and the ROE
applicable on the date of final payment, will be borne by the cusotmer.

PRICE POLICY

All Tour prices are based on rates (reflecting foreign exchange rates) known at the time of publication
and may get effected at the time of departure. Single room supplements and triple and quad room
reductions are listed where applicable. Such types of accommodation may not be available on all
vacations. Your tour Price is a combination of Indian Rupees plus Foreign Currency towards overseas
land arrangements. Tour Price is subject to change due to the fluctuation in Foreign exchange rate &
increase in Airport taxes, European city taxes & Visa Fees as on the date of final payment. If any
subsequent levies are imposed by any government/authority, etc. you will bear the same in addition to
the tour cost. The date of foreign exchange applicable will be determined on the date of final actual
payment to Yatra.
CANCELLATION POLICY

All services such as airline seats/hotel accommodation, transfers, cruise, sightseeing, meal, special
activities etc. for group tour are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our
suppliers/vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released or cancelled
within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation
must be intimated to us in writing. All cancellation will attract the following cancellation charges:

DISCLAIMER:IF A BOOKING IS HAVING TRAVEL TOUR COMPONENTS THAT NEED GUARANTEE


BOOKING, WHICH MEANS NO CANCELLATION WILL BE ALLOWED ONCE BOOKING IS MADE FOR
CUSTOMER. THEREFORE GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY MENTIONED ABOVE WILL BE
SUPERSEDED BY THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY.IF CANCELLATION IS MADE ANY
TIME ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED IRRESPECTIVE OF NUMBER OF DAYS PRIOR TO
DEPARTURE, 100% OF TOUR COMPONENT COST SHALL BE DEDUCTED.
The company assumes no responsibility for any additional cost or any fees accrued by you relating to
the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements that are not done through the
Company. In addition to the initial non-refundable booking advance, Company shall be entitled to
recover, deduct or set-off any other actual expenses accrued by the Company in case of any
cancellations (including any amount borne towards visa rejection and flight bookings). All the
passengers travelling on Yatra holiday tour must be in possession of a valid visa (wherever applicable). In
the event that you have applied for visa facilitation by the Company, it is mandatory to submit all the
relevant visa documents well in advance. However, kindly note that it is entirely discretion of the
concerned consulate/ authority to grant/reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and
Company will not be held responsible for the same. In the event that you have applied for visa
facilitation by the Company and the visa is rejected or not entertained by the embassy for any reason
whatsoever, the amount charged for such facilitation by the Company (including fee or any other
charges, if any deposited with the embassy) shall stand forfeited by the Company and under no
circumstances shall the same be refunded. Such forfeiture is in addition to any other deductions that
the Company is entitled to make under its cancellation policy.

AIR ARRANGEMENTS

Yatra is not responsible if any airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason. If you miss
your departure flight, it is your responsibility to deal with the airline on which you are ticketed to reach
your destination. Yatra is not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining
your package trip. Yatra is not responsible for and will not provide any refund for those portions of the
package which is missed due to canceled, rescheduled, or delayed flights. For air arrangements
purchased through Yatra, if any air/flight schedule requires a change, such Pre/Postponement of the
travel date will attract the amendment fees as per actual and subject to availability. Yatra may assist the
customer with hotel reservations for such overnight stay; however, the cost of the overnight stay
(including hotel and meals) shall be at your expense. Please be advised that air/ flight routings /
rescheduling shall be subject to availability and are not guaranteed by the Company. Company shall not
be responsible for any loss resulting from cancellation or changes in gateways or travel dates originally
provided by you. For customized / FIT (Free Individual Travel) package, the cost is calculated on lowest
class airfare. Airline seat confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking and any increase in
airfare or airport taxes will be borne by the customer.

TRANSFER FROM ONE TOUR TO ANOTHER

A request in writing for transfer from one tour to another to be made 60 days prior to the departure. It
will lead to cancellation on that tour and a fresh booking on another. In these cases, a transfer fee of Rs.
5,000/- per person will be applicable in addition to the costs for re-processing your visas, air tickets etc.
due to the transfer to another tour subject to the cancellation policy.

YOUNG / CHILD TRAVELERS

A minor traveler (i.e. travelers who are under 18 years old on the departure date) must be accompanied
by an adult throughout the vacation. For any special requirements regarding airline tickets for children,
please inform us well in advance as due to heightened security, many countries have adopted certain
additional formalities/ practices to prevent abductions of children. If a child will be traveling with adults
other than the parents or with only one parent, it is recommended that a notarized letter be written by
the parents or non-traveling parent granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel. We
suggest that you also contact the appropriate consulate and airlines because they may have additional
requirements or recommendations. The Company shall not be held responsible for consequences due to
the noncompliance for such aforesaid requirements.

FORCE MAJEURE

We reserve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and itineraries before or during
the tour in the event when such changes may be necessitated due to unforeseen circumstances or
factors beyond our control and Force Majeure events such as strikes, fairs, festivals, sport events,
weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation/ re-routing of flights or
railway, closure of /restricted entry at a place of sightseeing. In the event of such aforementioned
circumstances, the Company shall promptly notify you of the same as soon as practicable and
endeavour to provide you available alternative options. In the event that we source an alternative of
higher standard or cost, we reserve the right to re - quote the booking amount based on higher rates.
We will inform you of any change in prices and only after the receipt of your confirmation, proceed
with booking. We try to avoid dates when big Fairs, Exhibitions and other events are held in certain
cities as hotels are fully booked several months ahead. If you have to travel on such dates, you may have
to stay in alternate hotels or hotels in other cities due to airlines requirements, the points of entry and
exit in a country may change. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking. In such case,
weekend or other surcharges including Local taxes/ surcharges/ third party charges may be applicable
over and above the package cost for the requested period and will be borne by you. We may operate
more than one coach per departure date and may for convenience reverse the direction or amend the
itinerary. Change in itinerary may also be required or necessitated on account of actions, inactions,
defaults or condition of tour participants in the group. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the
overall package of services unchanged. However, we shall not be liable to refund any amount or pay any
compensation on account of any change in itinerary. In case the alternate arrangements made are
materially superior as compared to the ones described in the Brochure, We may charge extra for the
same at the time of booking or in the course of the tour.

TRAVELERS WHO NEED SPECIAL ASSISTANCE ON TOURS AND/OR CRUISES

At the time of booking, you must report to Yatra for any special attention requirement for any disability
requiring special attention while on tour. Yatra will endeavour to make reasonable attempts to
accommodate the special needs of differently abled travelers as far as possible, but shall not be
responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor responsible for any denial of services by air carriers,
hotels, restaurants, or coach suppliers. Yatra cannot provide individual assistance to a vacation
participant for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches, cruise ships and other vehicles, or
other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need
such assistance and must assume full responsibility for their well-being. Not all sightseeing stops/sites
accommodate wheelchairs and some locations and sightseeing activities require extensive standing,
sitting or walking. Yatra is not responsible for any missed activities due to a participant's inability to
participate with the group. Most transportation services, including the touring motor coaches and
cruise ships, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. Yatra will not to be held liable for such deficiency
of transportation services.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Once the final payment is received by Yatra, all the travel documents will be sent to customers or their
travel agent. For Group Inclusive Tour (GIT)5 days prior to departure date in case of International
Holidays, 3 days prior to departure date in case of Domestic Holidays and within 3 working days for
Free Individual Traveler (FIT) bookingfor both international as well as domestic holidays. If documents
cannot be received through your Travel Agent or via e-mail and need to be delivered to any address by
mail or courier. We will deliver the travel documents by mail or courier. In case Passenger is not able to
collect the documents personally, then we would require an authority letter. The authority letter must
authorize the person on his behalf for the collection of required documents, which should be in favour
of Yatra Notwithstanding to the above, Yatra does not hold the responsibility if the Documents are lost
in transit by the Traveler or his representative.

We will deliver the travel documents by mail or courier. In case Passenger is not able to collect the
documents personally, then we would require an authority letter. The authority letter must authorize
the person on his behalf for the collection of required documents, which should be in favour of Yatra
Notwithstanding to the above, Yatra does not hold the responsibility if the Documents are lost in transit
by the Traveler or his representative.

VISA GUIDANCE

For the visa guidance, the charges will be levied. Such charges include the actual visa charge, costs
incurred and service charge. We may only assist you in preparing and submitting the UK and US visa
application based on documents provided to us however lastly it has to be directly obtained by you.

In case, if you do not get your visa, you will be liable to pay the applicable Cancellation charges plus
Visa Fees. If you already possess a visa or wish to do the visa/s on your own, you would be entitled only
for the refund of actual visa/s cost and the portion of charges attributable to our service charges will
still have to be paid by you.

REFUNDS

No refunds either in part or full will be made for unused services and transportation on the tour, where
group activity tickets are involved or for voluntary modifications made by the traveler.

CONTRACT SUBJECT TO PAYMENTS

Untill and unless Yatra receives the specified non-refundable booking amount, there is no contract
between Yatra and the tour participants. The full payment must be received in accordance with
prescribed payment schedule. If the amount is not paid in accordance with the payment schedule, Yatra
reserves the right to cancel the booking with consequent forfeiture of booking amount and/or apply
scale of cancellation charges as mentioned in the brochure (whichever is higher). Any payment made to
the travel agent would not constitute payment to Yatra, until the same is remitted to the account of the
Company.

ONLINE BOOKING

You can also avail the services by registering and booking your tour/services online through our
website. Our website provides the facility of making online booking of tours and services. However,
Yatra cannot give any guarantee or warranty with respect to the website-booking engine, which could
malfunction due to well-known reasons including but not limited to software or network errors. We
have incorporated all modern protection technologies to ensure that information concerning you or
your payments is kept secure and confidentia.

On receiving your acceptance (in the form of signed hard copy) that you have read, understood and
accepted the Terms and Conditions, then only, the online booking shall get effective. The Company
reserves the right to decline to register any person/s for any tour or to cancel their registration without
assigning any reason to the traveler. Any customized or recommended tour itinerary posted on the
website is only a tentative proposal outline of holiday. We are not holding any confirmed hotel
reservations for your travel.

RATE OF EXCHANGE APPLICABLE TO REFUNDS

The refunds of foreign exchange component of the tour cost will depend upon our buying rate of that
refund date. You can check the Rate of exchange through our sales network, which shows our buying
and selling rate for foreign currency applicable for that day. The Indian Rupee is converted into foreign
exchange component of the tour cost in the following way: (a) at the time of booking: on our selling
rate applicable on that day. (b) At the time of refund: on our buying rate applicable on the date of
refund.

OUR SCOPE OF SERVICES

Being the travel and holiday organizer we only inspect and select the services, and do not own, operate
or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen
caravan or any other facility or provider that is engaged to provide you services during the course of
your tour.

Therefore, please carefully note that:


(1) you will need to adhere to the conditions, rules and regulations of each service provider. For
instance, you will need to check the baggage rules of the airline to understand what kind of baggage and
how much baggage you can carry. You will need to check the hotel rules to check what the mealtimes
are, at which you should make yourself available. The company is not responsible for the consequences
if you breach such rules and regulations
(2) If you cause any injury or damage affecting the service provider, then you may be liable to the
service provider and if the service provider recovers any monies from us for such injury or damages, we
shall separately charge you for the same

(3) we cannot be held responsible for any delay, efficiency, injury, death, loss or damage occasioned due
to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents

(4) All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. In case, any
event/sightseeing/attraction is missed the Companys liability will be limited to return the cost of that
attraction/event.

MEALS

Please refer to the itinerary in the brochure / website for details of the meals, which would be served to
you on the tour. Unlike an airline, we cannot process a special meal, nor can we guarantee a special diet.
We do not assure special meals or Special timings or extra halts for infants, children, or passengers with
diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure or any other condition. In case, if you have any such special
requirements arising from medical conditions or from the needs of your children or otherwise, it would
be advisable to travel on a customized tour than the coach tours. Yatra reserve the right to change the
meal arrangement, where circumstances compel us to do so. At some places a meal allowance may be
paid to you to enable you to have a meal of your own choice.

HOTELS

Yatra selects hotels for your stay, which give comfort and value for money at provided locations. For
various reasons, such as reducing the overall traveling time on the coach for the following day, the
hotels may be chosen away from the city centre. We cannot guarantee the availability of adjoining
rooms / Interconnecting rooms / non-smoking room / rooms on the same floor etc. as it is to be noted
that some hotels do not have air conditioners or fans. For international destination usually, the Check-in
time is 14:00 to 15:00 hours and Check out time is 11:00 to 12:00 hours. For Domestic Destination
usually the Check-in time is 12:00 to 14:00 hours and Check out time is 9:00 to 11:00 hours. in case of
early arrival, you may have to wait till the rooms are cleared. During the tour, if you seek to change the
room, the same will be subject to availability and you will need to pay any additional charges, as may be
applicable.

COACH AND SEATING

We generally provides air-conditioned / luxury coaches to our traveler. However, we are not
responsible if the air-conditioning equipment malfunctions for any reason. On group tours, as seat
rotation system is followed, sometimes you may not be allotted seat numbers. Transfers (seats in coach)
are on fixed timings. You must follow the instructions of the Tour Manager in this regard. Comfort
stops are provided every 2-3 hours, after appropriate intervals. The foregoing timings are indicative
only.

Though some of the coaches are equipped with emergency washrooms, such a facility can be used only
in case of a dire emergency. The coach drivers are bound by restrictions concerning maximum driving
hours per day and per week and the itineraries are planned with regard to the same. It is therefore
essential that the itineraries, schedules and timings are strictly adhered to by you so as to ensure that all
the services can be duly provided.

If you or any of your co-passengers misses any service due to unpunctuality, we shall not be liable to
refund any amount. Further, we shall not be liable to refund any amount or pay any compensation for
any change in itinerary or for missing any service due to the unpunctuality or actions of your
co-passengers. Please note that smoking, consumption of alcoholic beverages and snacks is strictly
prohibited on coaches. Please keep the coach clean to avoid discomfort to yourself and other tour
participants. Please take care not to leave behind any property in the coach while disembarking. The
Company would not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such property under any circumstances.

BAGGAGE ON COACH

Please note that it is often difficult to get porters to assist as hotels may or may not provide porterage
service. Thus, porterage is not included in the tour price. It is therefore advisable to use bags with
wheels. Coaches have limited space for luggage and hence we permit only one suitcase and one
handbag per person in the coach. The recommended suitcase size should be of 158 cms.
(width-length-height).

AIRLINES

We shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to you or to any person accompanying you, for loss
of baggage by the airline, failure to provide meal of your choice by the airline, denied boarding or
down-gradation due to over booking or any other reason, failure on the part of the airline to
accommodate you despite having confirmed tickets, quality or quantity of meals offered by the airlines,
flight delay or rescheduling, flight cancellation, changes of flight schedule or routing, change of airline
mentioned at the time of booking. As the same is beyond our control. In these circumstances, we will
not be liable for the injury, loss or inconvenience suffered by you. However you will be free to pursue
your remedies against the concerned airline.

BAGGAGE ON AIRLINE

It is to be noted that most of the Airlines have restrictions on the kind of baggage, number and weight
of baggage that you can carry and it is advisable to you to carefully read and understand the rules and
regulations of the airline, in this regard. In the case of low cost carriers when used by Yatra during the
tour, the permitted baggage allowance may be lower than what is mentioned by the airlines.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DOCUMENTS AND BELONGINGS

You will have to take the risk and responsibility of all your baggage, belongings, currency, valuables,
documents and personal effects (collectively "baggage") at all times during the tour, whether during
travel on the airline or during your stay in hotel or during your travel in coaches, while on excursions or
otherwise. In case, if you forget to carry or if you lose essential travel documents such as passport, visa,
tickets etc., you may be compelled to curtail the tour and you may have to incur extra expenses, for
which you alone shall be responsible.

CHANGE OF AIRLINES DATE BY THE TRAVELER

Before Departure:If you wish to travel in advance or return at a later date after the tour ends, then you
must pay the applicable difference between the group airfare within the package holiday tour cost and
the market airfare for the changed sector. The same will be quoted by us to you on your request. Over
and above this you will also be required to pay an Airline seat re-booking and reservation fee as actual
depending on the airline and airline might also charge the fare difference in the next available booking
class (subject to availability of seats and ticket validity). Please note that you will not be able to avail of
the group transfers and accordingly you will have to make your own way to meet up with the group on
arrival and/ or to your next destination when your tour ends. We shall not be liable to refund any
amount to you in this regard.

After Departure:It is necessary to have your return air seats to India confirmed prior to your departure
from India. If you wish to change the date of your return journey after departure from India, you will
have to pay a "Change in Reservation Fee" if any, directly to the airline, subject to availability of seats in
the same booking class.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

This contract will be governed by Indian law. You agree that in the event of a dispute or difference
between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in the competent court/forum/tribunal in
Gurgaon only.* All international tours are subject to RBI/GOI approval. One/Some Member(s) May Sign
Booking Documents on behalf of a Group. In case of one or more participant on behalf of all tour
participants (whose name is mentioned in the Booking Form) sign the Booking Documents, it shall be
deemed that the signatories have been duly authorized by all such tour participants to sign on their
behalf. Accordingly it shall be deemed that all such tour Participants have signed the booking
documents.

Change Your Holiday Plan

After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example
your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it
may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person
who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by yourself.

If You Have a Complaint

If you have a problem during your holiday, PLEASE INFORM THE RELEVANT SUPPLIER, (e.g. your
hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative IMMEDIATELY who will endeavor to put things
right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home
by writing to us, giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be
advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able
to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service
provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who at no time are under our
control or supervision.

Our Liability to You

We accept responsibility for ensuring that your travel arrangements, which you book with us, are
supplied as represented and promised to you. If any parts of your travel arrangements are not provided
as promised, due to the fault of our employees, agents, we will pay you appropriate compensation if this
has affected the enjoyment of your travel arrangements. Our liability in all cases shall be limited to the
costs of your travel arrangements.

We do not accept any responsibility for any third party services or service providers, like hotels,
transport etc. For example, travel delays are the responsibility of the transporters and inefficient
hospitality is the responsibility of the hotels.

We are only your tour operator and at no time do we act as managers for your respective
responsibilities and personal obligations. We are therefore not responsible for your acts, misdemeanor,
omissions and neither are we responsible for managing any of your personal affairs; for example, we are
not responsible for ensuring the safety of your personal belongings, travel documents, etc. at any time
before the commencement of the tour or after it or during the tour.

Holiday Insurance

It will be your responsibility to purchase any sort of holiday insurance cover and we are not responsible
for the same.

Exactness Not Guaranteed

We cannot and do not guarantee the exactness of any service that may be provided to you. For
instance, photographs of the interiors of the hotel rooms posted on our website have been sourced
from the respective Hotel management, the visual appeal of a room selected by you cannot and is not
guaranteed by us. Similarly, while we assure you of enjoyable holidays, we cannot and do not guarantee
or represent that such tour will be as per your mental perception, imagination or thought about such
tours.

General Important Notes

Incase there is any change in price the same will be communicated to yourself and only after your
confirmation, we will proceed further. There will be no reduction for un-utilized services

Surcharges may be applicable over and above the holiday price for the requested period. The same will
be advised at the time of booking or prior to confirmations.

You need to make an advance payment at the time of confirming the tour and make the balance
payment 35 days prior to the departure of the tour.

Forfeiture Of Deposits

We shall be within our rights to forfeit the non- refundable interest free deposit paid by you. In the
event you cancel the booking, or on failure on your part to adhere to the tour payment schedule as
informed in the documentation Check List, or in the event the visa of any country is not granted or you
are unable to travel on the tour booked due to any reason whatsoever, including medical ground or
sickness, the non-refundable interest free deposits shall stand forfeited, and the scale of cancellation
setout in the How To Book section of the brochure shall be applicable and binding.

Important Notes

Please be advised that these are the sole and complete terms and conditions governing the tour
operations, supplemented only by the User Agreement. No employees of our Company or our agents
have the authority to amend, modify or change these conditions, and you are advised to rely on the
terms "as is". Yatra reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time
without notice.
