BACKGROUND
Today we see different voices being raised for animals that are left on the street
but there are still people living a miserable life at streets and public places
struggling on the matter of life and death. Many of them are either homeless or
physically disabled whereas Many of them are mentally retard but what ever the
reason might be they are the one who has to go through physical/mental abuse
every day in order to survive their daily life.
Manavsewa Ashram is a non profit motive social organization managed and driven
initiation to provide service to those needy and homeless people and has
successfully delivered service to more than 2000 peoples and currently 800 people
are directly affected by the service of Manavsewa Ashram. In the period of 7
years Manavsewa Ashram has 14 branches in Nepal.
Manavsewa Ashram is being driven by 60 enthusiastic full time volunteers and
with the collaboration of Local/State and federal government its common goal is
to give shelter to homeless and needy people who is in a dire need for shelter and
support.
Round Table Involvement
Manavsewa Ashram is providing service from a rented home but now with the
initiation of Round Table Nepal(KIRT 7) Manavsewa Ashram is constructing its own
building with the budget of 5crore . Round Table Nepal has contributed the
amount of 25lakh and has provided its helping hand in order for Manavsewa
Ashram to provide service to more peoples in a managed way. Once the new
building is completed Manavsewa Ashram will serve 200 needy people in Lamsure
Dhap, Hetauda.
