Name

Time plays a significant role in our lives. Time helps us to make a

good habit of organizing and structuring our daily lives. Many people

have a busy schedule and have a hard time organizing its time

specifically on eating. The entrepreneurs business is perfect for people

who have so little of time in their hands. The product offered by the

business is Apple Pie Fries which is easy to eat and healthy to satisfy

your hunger or the body. The entrepreneurs named its product because

the main ingredient for the product is apple and fries because it is

shaped and can be eaten like fries. The entrepreneurs decided to name

its business Time’s Up because in our busy schedule we need a time’s up

for eating that will only take so little of your time.

Product

The product is Apple Pie Fries. Apple Pie Fries is basically turon

inspired product but with an exciting twist because of the entrepreneurs’

innovative mind and ideas, they had thought of ways on how to

introduce our product more differently and more uniquely. The

entrepreneurs will not just produce the common type of turon rather

produce the future best-selling merienda in town, which every individual

will crave and that is Apple Pie Fries. It is like turon but instead it is

filled with the juicy apples. Apple Pie Fries is the answer to an easy food,

to be consumed while studying, working or even just taking a walk. A

perfect food for a busy person.

Apple Pie Fries is not just delicious it is also nutritional. Apple Pie

Fries contains apples that are high in fiber, vitamin C and various

antioxidants. It is also very filling, considering their low calorie content.

Studies show that eating apples can have multiple benefits for health

and they're one of the healthiest foods a person can eat.

The entrepreneurs made this product to develop the old traditional

recipe and make it tastier, more nutritious and more convenient to eat.

The entrepreneur’s product shall last 2-3 days.

B. MANAGEMENT, MARKETING AND FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

Management

Eleven entrepreneurs will be managing the business. Each will

represent a role which is the managers: the general manager, the

production and its assistant, operation manager and assistant also,

marketing manager, finance manager and assistant, human resource

manager and its assistant. Each of the managers will be handling their

part accordingly. Every-member should participate and help the other in

need, top ensure efficiency of the business, and each should know how

to manage the business. The success of the Time’s Up business will start

at the Management Team. The entrepreneurs will be a good example to

the employees and customers. The Time’s Up business will serve a

valuable product.

Marketing

The entrepreneurs will use the current trends in marketing and

advertising to boost the popularity of the product. The entrepreneurs will

create a Facebook fan page, Twitter Account and Instagram Account. The

entrepreneurs will allot their budget for the flyers that gives the complete

address information, images and price ranges. The entrepreneurs came

up with these ideas and strategies enable for the business to gain profit

and to capture the customers’ attention.

Financial Highlights

The highlight of its finances is the management ensures that the

business would keep its debts as low as possible so it would avoid any

future conflicts regarding the business itself. The entrepreneurs will

minimize their expenses as much as possible without affecting the

quality of their product. The proponents will avoid overspending and

risking the spoilage of inventory. Times-up will have a contribution for

the amount of P1100.00. This is personally guaranteed by each of the

owners. The contributions were made equally by each of the eleven

partners.

C. SOCIO- ECONOMIC CONTRIBUTIONS

The business management philosophy will be on responsibility and

mutual respect. In terms of the businesses waste disposal, we’ll be

segregating biodegradable from non-biodegradable to ensure cleanliness

and of course help the environment. Entrepreneurs shall also provide

our own plastic or paper bag to ensure that we’ll be using it less than

others. The entrepreneurs also do our best not only for our product but

also for the safety of our buyers and the environment. The entrepreneurs

will ensure to maintain an environment and structure that will

encourage productivity and respect for costumers and fellow employees.

Our main targets are the Senior High School students of PHINMA

we aim to sell a healthy quick to eat foods that is convenient for their

schedules. We aim to sell this for the customer that desires a innovative

food that they could afford. Our product is meant to be sold 5 pesos per

piece which is affordable for a student.

Our product; apple pie fries is an innovation of the usual turon

that we see everyday. To make it more appealing and to give it more

impact to the customers we have thought of a name that is familiar

for the modern society but still contains the healthiness that they

need.

Our brand name was set to follow the mission and vision of our

company and also to show the customers that there is still room for

improvement for every product. And also it is in line with our tagline

“quick extraordinary bites”

hear the name.

because as they say people eat with their eyes first so we strived to

give them the best presentation possible.

Penetration pricing was used for we believe that it would be best if

we use a low introductory price for our small business. The business is

trying to survive the market to sustain and keep the business going. The

pricing strategy was chosen to attract more customers for it only in small

business with no background yet. It also determines the all costs

associated with the products and adds up a standard mark up, which is

20% of the cost. The product may also involve step by step price increase

base on the materials used.

can leave a mark on their head and causing them to be longing for our

product. Room to room promotion will be a good help to our company it

gives us more chance in encouraging our customers and in informing

them on what are our product.

Our legal form of Ownership is Partnership. The profit and loses

will be divided equally among the partners of the business.

PENALTY: Failure to follow the Policies and Rules indicated by the

business shall be punished.

1st Offense: 2 days in charge f waste disposal

2nd Offense: 3 days in charge of waste disposal and maintaining

the cleanliness of the booth

3rd Offense: 5 days in charge of waste disposal, maintaining the

cleanliness of the booth and deduction of salary by 10 pesos.

A. MANUFACTURING PROCESS

• Prepare all the ingredients and materials

• Wash the appleand chop the apple

• Mix the chopped apple with vanilla sauce and cornstarch well.

• Put it to lumpia wrapper and add some caramel cinammon


sauce to it

• Roll the lumpia wrapper

• Roll the outside of lumpia wrapper with sugar

• Put many cooking oil into frying pan and make sure that it is
hot already

• Put the apple pie fries and deep fry it

B.PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION

Our company will use a direct channel of distribution wherein it

describes a situation in which the producer sells a product directly to a

consumer without the help of intermediaries. A direct chain of

distribution may involve face to face sales, computer sales or mail order

but does not involve other form of distribution other than the original

producer. It is better to use this strategy to avoid scam and also we are

confident that they will pay us. Also, we will use the power of social

Apples can be found mostly in Washington D.C., USA. Apples

cannot be found in the Philippines because of its location and weather.

H. WASTE DISPOSAL

The packaging of the product will be biodegredable so it won’t

contribute to the growing pollution. It will be a small paper cup-like that

is commonly used when you buy a siomai or street foods. The

entreprenuers will also put a trash can or a garbage bag near their stall

so that the costumers will not throw their trash anywhere.

I. PRICING STRATEGY

In pricing the product, Apple Pie Fries manufacturers have to

consider the pricing method they’ll be using to achieve appropriate price

that is cheap and affordable for their target customers. Penetration

pricing was chosen to the product apple pie fries, for this will suit the

budget of their customers which is students from PHINMA University of

Pangasinan. Another thing is because the ingredients used in the

product are cheap and affordable to the students and customers who’ll

be buying the product. With this type of pricing strategy, manufacturers

must also consider the products will be sold. In doing so the

manufacturers must also consider the product adds up which is the

standard mark-up, which is 25% of the product original price.

In our business, we will be segregating our own trash. As a

responsible student we will designate our garbage to biodegradable to

non-biodegradable. To keep our environment clean and to prevent flood

from happening.

We’ll maintain cleanliness in the area and will throw our waste

properly to save and conserve our mother earth. We will be buying raw

materials and supplies at the public market to guarantee that our

supplies are attractive to valued customers.
