JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, BERNABE C. UNTALAN and RICARDO L. PASCUA , both of legal ages,

Filipino, and both residents of Purok 1, Aurora West, Diffun, Quirino, after having been
sworn in accordance with the law hereby depose and state that;

1. That we personally know “RAMLIE G. SABIGAN ”, who is our longtime friends and
acquaintance;

2. THAT we know “RAMLIE G. SABIGAN” was born on SEPTEMBER 13, 1960;

3. We know for a fact that his Date of birth is "SEPTEMBER 13, 1960" as reflected
in Certificate of Live Birth, refer to one and the same person and that his true and date
of birth is on September 13, 1960;

4. That in his Certificate of Live Birth it appears that the name of his mother is
CONSOLACION G. SABIGAN and not Consuelo G. Sabigan as reflected in his
Marriage Contract.

5. We are not in any way related to any of the foregoing person within the fourth civil
degree either by consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary interest in this
matter whatsoever;

6. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing

statements and to establish the real identity of “RAMLIE G. SABIGAN” and his Birth
Date for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 24th day of January
