Wheelbase should be min. 2800mm. &Seating Capacity for at least 2
persons including driver.

power output not less than 110 PS at governed RPM with torque min.

efficient full load operation of the vehicle at operating conditions, heavy
duty fuel filter.

3 Emission The Emission Standard of the Vehicle should be “Nepal vehicle Mass
Standard Emission Standard, 2069 (Euro III)” which is to be certified by
Department of Transport Management, Nepal.
