Nowadays, people are conscious on what they wear, including the designs and styles of the
clothes especially the teens. Clothing is one of the basic necessities of the people, protection
against the cold breeze of air and from the hot burst of the sun, and to socialize. Thus, clothing is
one of the leading demands all around the world.
Clothes express the personality of its bearer, and from this new era where fashion leads
among people it’s a great opportunity to establish a business that can offer the demand of the
community from clothes. Custom clothing is a unique style of dressing and simply refers to clothes
that are specially designed according to your choice of colors, body measurements, designs,
fittings etc. In custom clothing, everything you can customize according to you choice or
requirements. When clothing is custom built to order according to specifications provided or
selected by the buyer, it is called custom clothing.
Fabrics and Needles Styling Shop will provide high customer satisfaction by rendering
excellent service and quality products at an acceptable price/value relationship. We will also
maintain a friendly, fair, and creative work environment, which respects diversity, ideas, and hard
work.

To determine the feasibility study of establishing Fabrics and Needles Styling Shop at
Brgy. San Agustin, Trece Martires, Cavite.

Significance of the Study

The significance of this feasibility study is to determine the feasibility of establishing

Fabrics and Needles Styling Shop that will be located at 2nd floor JRM building Brgy. San Agustin,
Trece Martires City Cavite.
This can be also used for future entrepreneurs who are planning to start a business like
Fabrics and Needles Styling Shop which introduces customized clothes such as formal, casual,
gowns, and etc.

Time and Place of the Study

Fabrics and Needles Styling Shop will be located at 2nd floor JRM Building, Brgy. San
Agustin, Trece Martires City, Cavite. The research will be conduct from October 2019 to
December 2019.

The study will focus on the feasibility of establishing Fabrics and Needles Styling Shop at
2nd floor JRM Building, Brgy. San Agustin, Trece Martires City, Cavite. The business will offer
different customized clothes based on the taste and preference of the customer/ residents of Trece
Martires City, Cavite.

Conceptual Framework
This presents relationship between input, process, and output. Input consist of list of

The proposed project will operate under the registered name “Fabrics and Needles
Styling Shop”. The “Fabrics and Needles Styling Shop” are proposed by Louise A. Manalad, Vina
T. Morales and Ellen B. Mozo. The business will provide different kinds of customized clothes
that our customers wants. The business will be located at 2nd floor JRM Bldg., San Agustin, Trece
Martires, Cavite.

Description of the Project/ Business

The proposed project is a business partnership that will offer various customized clothes.
The business will provide the customers the service they need in order to create their own style of
clothes while at the same time corresponds to their limited budget. It would only require a
reasonable amount to take their marketing needs.

Compensation Plan
Table 2 shows the compensation of the Fabrics and Needles Styling Shop personnel. They
