Sub: Requisition for DCC approval to claim three credits for internship of six weeks.

Sir, with your kind approval, I have applied and received the confirmation to attend 6 weeks

internship program at RCMA(Aircraft), Centre for Military Airworthiness and

Certification (CEMILAC), DRDO, Bangalore during the summer vacation from 20th May

2019 to 30th June 2019. I have enclosed the conformation letter for the same for your perusal.

With the reference to regulation R2015 Choice based credit system common to all B.E/ B.

Tech programmes, page number three under the title Industrial training/Internship section

4.5.2, I wish to claim three credits so that I can drop one professional elective course so that I

can render my project for other government organization which could prove a very useful

milestone in my career. Please guide me with further procedures I should follow in this regard.
