 You should go to the doctor usually.

2. Seven obligations using have to.


 You have to consume a complete and balance breakfast
 You have to having lunch every day.
 You have to having some light dinner.
 You have to avoid to consuming alcohol drink.
 You have to avoid to smoke.
 You have to practice exercises.
 you don't have to self-medicate

3. Seven obligations using must.


 You must take the three daily meals.
 You must consume fruit and vegetables.
 You must consume fish.
 You must consume low fat meat.
 You must consume a lot of water.
 You must put your health in the hands of professional people.
 You must have a healthy rhythm of life.
